Big lounge for a group of people and the views, they are just incredible. Big kitchen and fridge to make it easy to cook for a big group.

I would say that a couple more heaters for cold nights in the bedrooms won’t be a problem, there were 2 or 3, but one room didn’t have any source of heating. Since the accomodation is up to 12 people, having 12 chairs to sit would be great too.

The views are amazing

All good. Just a suggestion : it is more value added if you could fix a binocular in upstairs first dolphin watching.

The bedrooms were cold.

Location great within walking distance from great cafe. Views of ocean & snow capped mountains amazing. Host communicated in timely manner with clear instructions. House was amazing, extremely comfortable, lots of seating , great bathrooms & games room. Lots of space for 5 adults. Immaculate, well set out, spectacular views & great wood fire. Wish we could stay longer & will definitely book again when in NZ.

Maybe some tissues

Great spot overlooking beach, with a decent deck and panoramic windows so that you could view well out to sea. No dolphins or whale during our stay unfortunately. The home is warm and comfortable with everything we needed.

The property was comforatble, warm, spacious and very well equipped. Was great for our family group.

Very comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need provided. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean and fresh. Location was great- fantastic views.

I can't fault anything - wish we could have stayed longer.
