Staff was exceptionally attentive. Considering covid restrictions they tried to make as much positive as possible.

Location and view, clean comfortable room and friendly staff

The room was very cold when we entered. It's winter time when we visited so it's expected to be warm at our arrival, The breakfast was very basic not at the standards of a 4 star hotel

Staff is super. View is magnificent. Breakfast plentiful. Rooms are clean. Surrounding peaceful and quiet. We had good rest.

There is a problem with cold water. Showering went from hot to almost coldish water, in pulses. No shower cabin, no shower curtain. Hotel is overprized. So it is not 10, nor it is 9.

Excellent view and excellent breakfast. Very nice staff. Ilona who is the server is amazing and we really appreciate her service.

Unfortunately big hotels that claim to be 4 and 5 stars in Greece bring huge disappointment. Not first time I ended up in big and from the first sight good looking hotel that end up being out dated and not in the great shape at all. Signs of decay in a lot of areas. Hot in the hotel, conditioner is not working on all floors to save energy. Conditioner works in the room, but turns off as soon as you leave room or open balcony door. Bathroom large but you can tell not maintained well, there is no hook on the wall in the shower to hang shower head higher to wash your hair. One hand holding shower another to wash hair. Shower doors are leaking and water everywhere on the floor. In the morning was problem with the water and we didn’t have any water at all. Towels do not correspond to 3 star hotel Wi Fi is not working or works pretty bad. Room is large but very simple. They try to follow 4 star hotels requirements: there are safe in the room, sleepers, dental and shaving kits in the bathroom, but when there is no water all those extras are pointless. And price is high considering other, smaller and better hotels prices. Recommendation - rent rooms in small family owned hotels. Big hotels in Greece are no good.

The view was really very nice, the staff was very polite and willing to serve us always. the location is very good and in general, everything was very good and we will visit it again in the future for sure.

The bath towels were very hard, as if no emollient was used or as if they were worn and used a lot

If you’re looking for peace and quiet with a great view and comfortable stay this is your place. The staff are also great.
