Konumu ana alışveriş caddesine ve metro istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde, oda temiz ve yeterliydi, uyku kiti ,gün içinde ücretsiz sıcak içecek olması çok güzelidi. Resepsiyon çalışanları yardımseverdi. Thanks to Tijana.

Kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir 4 yıldız için zayıf, odada halı eski ve lekeliydi.

Tienes a pocos minutos metro, un supermercado, parada de autobús, está en una zona tranquila, no hay ruido en la calle por la noche. La habitación tenía buena limpieza.

Las almohadas poco cómodas, el colchón un poco duro para mi gusto, te girabas en la cama y hacia ruido.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, so wie auch das Bad.Das Frühstück war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, das Personal sehr freundlich.Die Lage ist top.Schnell zu erreichen über die Mariahilfer U3 Zieglergasse. Es war sehr junges kompetentes Personal im Hotel., sehr angenehm.

Very good soundproofed, quiet hotel. Friendly staff.

Quite tiny parking garage for todays cars. Almost didn't make it with Ford Explorer.

Several light bulbs out that didn’t get replaced after we raised the issue, including one of only two in the bathroom leaving a dark shower and toilet. Thermostat was complicated for a hotel. Smart tablet in the bedroom didn’t work. Light switches that didn’t appear to work or go to anything.

The most important point was how friendly were the staff. All were excellent, helpful and very friendly especially Mr Malik. He made our stay comfortable. Then, the location was very close to the main shopping street in Vienna ( Mariahifer street). The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was free coffee and tea 24/7 in the hotel’s lobby.

There is no phone in the room to contact the reception or room service department. However , they have a new way by providing an I pad/tablet in the room to contact but unfortunately it was not working.

The best thing is the free tea or coffee at any time. Very nice shower. It is in a very quiet area but within walking distance of the city centre. Just round the corner from Haydn's House. Has nice small terrace to sit in. Road has a very nice bakery and Billa.

Fridge was not very cold.

The location is very good - 5 minutes from the metro, main shopping street and supermarket. The staff is helpful and customer oriented - did early check in for me, much appreciated from my side.

I stayed in the room on the ground floor, the view was not very nice. The WIFI was poor, breakfast was very simple, but when you are in Wien you don't stay much in the hotel:)

It was clean, quiet, and staff very friendly and supportive on all our activities. They guide us and try their best to make our stay more comfortable.

The hotel was easy to find. We travelled by car and used the garage, what was completely ok! The hotel is well located, metro is 3 minutes. Lots of restaurants, bars are nearby. Room was clean and quiet. Next time we will come back.
