The person who checked us in was very friendly! The room is pretty spacious compared to other properties. Great location! 15 min walk away from Shibuya’s center but far enough to be away from the craziness. If you’re too lazy to walk, you can take Inokashira line from Shibuya and it’s only one stop. All of my friends loved this place. Having lived in Tokyo for so long before, it was difficult to choose accommodation because I was so picky about the area. I would definitely go back.

Great amenities for travelling with kids. Own washing machine and kitchenette in the room.

Beds were a little hard. Aircon was very noisey.

Room was spacious and clean. Check-in was smooth and the staff were accommodating. Although a bit of a walk from the main train station, the property is close to many restaurants, which seem to have good ratings online as well.

The property is a bit of a walk from the main Shibuya station - closer to the Shinsen station (which is one stop away from Shibuya). Some of the nights were a bit noisy though (could hear yelling at 2am on multiple nights) as there are some bars in the vicinity.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, close by restaurants, in-suite washer dryer make this place excellent choice to do your laundry then leave to explore the city and come back with clean clothes

Dá pra notar que o hotel foi renovado recentemente, toda a estrutura é nova. Quartos bem equipados, com uma pequena mesa, fogão, panelas, talheres, microondas, geladeira e lavadora de roupas. Cama ótima com bons travesseiros e roupa de cama macia. Espaço suficiente para arrumar as malas, com varanda. Localização tranquila e silenciosa, sem grandes multidões. Um supermercado 24h em frente e restaurantes muito charmosos a 1 minuto a pé.

Um pouco distante da estação Shibuya, com subidas (porém há outra estação mais próxima, Shinsen) Não há buffet de café da manhã, apenas um serviço de bentos prontos que você pode retirar no hall (o que não foi um problema para nós, compramos os alimentos no supermercado e fizemos o café no quarto)

Excellent place to stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Only 1 minor problem. It didn’t have a tea towel or dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes and cups/mugs.

there is a washing machine in the room to wash clothes. Room size was big compared with others in tokyo. Location was great.

Getting to hotel there will be hill climb. Upwards. Not easy if you Just got of the plane with luggage.

Good value hotel for the Shibuya area. Close to a cool street of restaurants that seem popular with locals. Had a small kitchenette with stove and microwave. Super handy having the washer/dryer in the room as well. Staff were very friendly.

A little out of the way from the main Shibuya station though it was about 3-4 minutes to a smaller station.

Very clean, on a quiet street, grocery store right across from the hotel, near many convenience stores and cafes.15 minute walk to Shibuya Station where you can catch the train everywhere.

The breakfast options were limited and over priced, although they are very up front about the offering and that cafes are nearby. The coffee machine in the foyer was very basic although free.

The laundry machine really saved the day on our summer trip. The staff were professional and polite. The location was excellent, only one station from Shibuya, but still quiet and peaceful. The restaurants nearby are fantastic.

The AC was a bit old and noisy. The sheets had a slight smell, and were not so breathable. Not ideal for light sleepers.

The room is clean and all facilities required for family stay is adequate.

The house keeping comes with a fee and trash need to be taken out from room for disposal. The distance from main tourist attractions are major drawback as you need to take train ride and required a little of walking uphill and downhill from the train station which may be tiring when spending the whole day visiting tourist attractions. The distance from main train station in Shibuya is also quite a walk.
