The hotel meets all qualifications and more for a four-star hotel. The staff is friendly and service-oriented. The location is right in the heart of the historic city center, still very quiet at the same time. With respect to the current situation in Kyiv, where air raids are the city's daily practice: the hotel has a comfortable air raid shelter, even providing coffee, tea, water and snacks there.

Breakfast is great! The location is perfect!

The parking was full and the room was equipped only for 1person instead of 2.

Great stuff and service,good facilities. Breakfast - good choice. For us the most important was that hotel has electricity and stable internet plus own shelter,which is good equipped. And big thanks for free coffee during the sirens - helped a lot)

it was my fifth time staying at this hotel. What I really like is that they keep high-standard in each room category, whether you’re travelling solo and just need a night stay or you want to have more luxury/romantic stay. the location is really good, very close to the city Center and easy to reach any other destination. Hotel also has a shelter for when the air alarms go off.

Although I can understand that the situation in Ukraine affects all businesses, I was really disappointed by the fact that I paid for 6 night stay with breakfast and did not manage to have breakfast even once. When I asked at the reception what you guys are usually doing with those guests that paid for breakfast, they rudely told me that during air alarm stuff doesn’t serve anything. OK. Refund? Snacks? Dry ration? Simple banana? Nothing. I ended up almost not eating for 6 days. another note to the room service - no shampoo/shower gel in the bottle for a week, no water.
