Absolutely loved this cabin! Very spacious and beautiful with lots to do and a gorgeous view! Only a 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg! Loved seeing the baby bears come visit too! Highly recommend this cabin ❤️🐻⛰️

We had a great time at this cabin. There was plenty of room, the view was beautiful and it had entertainment for the kiddos. We will definitely keep this place on our list for future family vacations!

Spent a week in this secluded location outside of town. Easy to get to activities. Plenty of space for three families with a big age range. Huge kitchen and dining room table allowed for easy family meal preparation and gathering. A great quiet space to enjoy! Only suggestion would be another small frig or bring big coolers for drinks. Would bring extra towels if you will have a big party. Love the area and plan to return again!

The Cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to be together or take time alone, comfortable and the kitchen provided all essentials a family would need. It was what I had expected and I was not disappointed. We enjoyed the view from the deck. Check in and out was easy and communication with the owner was good! Thank you.

You never realize other cabins were close. So many trees & so many bears. There was a large deck and we made sure the kids did not go out without an adult. Twice we had to wait for bear and cubs to leave the pool area and once or twice a day bears were around the cabin. The cabin was roomy even for all 13 of us and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

The house was very nice and clean. The manager was very pleasant to talk to and answered whatever questions we had.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin had more than enough space for our whole crew. The kids enjoyed the game room. We had extra visitors, a bear family, a few times. Their antics were fun to watch. I highly recommend staying at 3 Little Bears Lodge for a family getaway

This property was exactly as described. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen full stocked and the entire house was very clean. We had a wonderful time visiting with family here. Do not hesitate to book.

The views and cabin itself were beautiful. It was such a nice area and the cabin itself was very well maintained. There was plenty of room and it made for a great getaway!

This is a spacious cabin with room to relax and enjoy hot tub and games and see bears. There is more to do in the nearby towns.

There was plenty of space for all 11 of us. The bears were the highlight of the trip! The recreation room was amazing and the kids and adults especially enjoyed the pool table. The house could have been cleaner but overall it was great!

My family and I stayed at the “Three little bears” cabin for our family Christmas!! Wow,! Can’t say enough good things. It had everything we could ask for. The cabin was clean and well stocked! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and everything we needed to prepare our meals each day. We had 8 adults and three children with us and we had plenty of room to spread out or large enough spaces to all come together. My oldest daughter is in a wheelchair and had no problem moving around with ease. Our views off the decks were breathtaking . The game room gave off hours of fun memories. Alissa was great to communicate with and helpful in every way. We will definitely make this our cabin anytime we come to the mountains. So, if the cabin itself wasn’t enough, we were blessed to have been visited by three bears each day! Wow, again I can not say enough good things about this place.

The property was even better than expected. The cabin was beautiful, clean, & in a great location. The property manager was very responsive & courteous. Definitely recommend & will consider for the future!

I have rented this property before, actually got married in this cabin last year. This year it was definitely not what it should have been. The floors were very dirty, countertops very dirty, food on the stove, windows dirty. There was food left on the bar stools. Staples on the floor along with stink bugs. Staples stapled to the front of the couch. Carpet remnants everywhere. Blood on the toilet and floor the main bathroom. A dead bird full of maggots on the deck. Floss picks on the deck downstairs. I contacted the property manager immediately and told her of my concerns and sent her pictures she tells me that the cleaning company will be out, they never showed. Myself and my husband cleaned the floors ran the sweeper, wiped down countertops and chairs and tables and cleaned as much as we could to be comfortable for our stay and it to be safe for my autistic child. I again contacted the manager at the end of my stay to tell her I was not satisfied, she said that she had time stamped photos from the cleaning company of the cabin being clean. I sent her my time stampy photos as well and the pictures were no match even as far as we're placement was of trash cans. She never responded after or even apologized. I noticed that many things were different this year like dear antler lamps in the living room were gone, rugs were different and old. They had replaced matching lamps in the main bedroom with one from the dollar store. They had just replaced all the carpet I believe someone came in and did a lot of damage to this cabin and the manager didn't want to pay to have it brought back to where it originally was and the cleaning company didn't clean it properly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for our family & we loved the game room/hot tub. However, the air hockey table wasn’t working upon our arrival. House was clean but could use a little more detailed cleaning. Overall a fun experience & we would definitely come back!

Our family enjoyed the cabin. Bears came and visited every day. Keep your car doors locked. Bears made the trip very rememberable.

I have stayed at several VRBOs and this one is the most accurately advertised place I have been. The owners are very easy to work with and take the extra time to make sure you have what is expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the scenery and especially the Bears!

The view from the property is lovely, and the house is beautiful. Alissa is quick to help and respond. Great location - 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, 40 minutes from Dollywood. Guaranteed to see bears. We really enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of room for our family. Kids had a great time with the games and activities in the basement. LOVED be able to see bears throughout our stay!

This is a beautiful property and exactly the vacation we were looking for. We very much enjoyed our time and the home exceeded our expectations.

This listing is in a beautifully wooded area overlooking the Smokies about a half hour east of Gatlinburg. The scenic, peaceful setting was enjoyed for a week in July by our family consisting of grandparents, 4 children with dpoises and 3 grandchildren. Most excitingly we were regularly visited by mommy bear, 2 little cubs and a pair of playful older cubs.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again!! Host was very helpful and easy to work with. Great vacation!!

This is by far our favorite an I don’t think we will stay at another cabin. We looked at several but none compare to the layout, view or the kitchen. This place is excellent.
