Spacious room and comfy bed

The hotel’s location is very good and well known by everybody in town! it is very easy to go around Siem Reap and Angkor Wat from there using Tuk-Tuk taxis (we used Grab to book them and it was really cheap). I cannot recommend enough the staff, they were very professional, welcoming and so thankful we visited Cambodia and stayed at The Lotus Blanc Resort. They organised our Angkor Wat trip - booked us a Tuk-Tuk with a tour guide, they purchased circus tickets for us and made sure the show doesnt start without us as we were running a bit late; calling restaurants for reservations and arranged everything we needed! Excellent service!

Big room, two separate bathroom, nice swimming pool

My friend and I booked room with Twin Beds but we received bigger room but with one King bed and additional „temporary” bed, which wasn’t great to sleep. As a compensation they gave us free transport to the airport which we appreciated of course, but still we had to draw lots who will be sleeping on big bed and who on the sh**y one 😩

The breakfast and dinner / room service menu options weren’t great

Lovely small resort hotel with two restaurants and bar, great swimming pool and gardens. Rooms are really spacious of 5 star hotel standard. Well managed hotel, staff attentive and helpful. Good breakfast with a selection of fresh fruit, pastries and lots of food.

Breakfast should include an espresso/cappuccino machine. Hotel tuk tuks are much more expensive than ones we booked with Grab. The gym equipment needs updating.

Breakfast was very good, although similar each day. The gym was handy and air conditioned. Lovely pool area, reception and rooms. Location slightly out of town, but only $1 on Pass or Grab.

The only negative for us, was the excessive bass used during Khmer New Year for very small numbers or people attending the events. Although they did stop at 10pm. Communication around the New Year plans and not being able to relax by the pool was not great. Without this a great hotel.

Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were so helpful.

Breakfast can be improved with more different choice of cooked food. Basically everyday the offer was the same, it would have been better to find something different

Pick-up at the airport, reception and check-in were fabulous, the staff is extremely friendly. The driveway and entrance area of the somewhat older hotel are very nice, also the hotel lobby is very pleasant and almost a bit sophisticated. Wonderful warm, tight water in the shower, the room was furnished with everything you need as a discerning guest. The breakfast was very neat and there was something for everyone. Lots of fresh stuff and lots of fruit!

Despite all the nice things the hotel has to offer, there are a few things I would wish for differently. For example, the internet (free Wi-Fi) is very slow and sometimes went down completely for 12 hours. The coffee at breakfast was not bad, but I would like to have a selection of freshly brewed coffee specialities: Cappuccino, Espresso,...! I found the tables in the breakfast room to be too high and the chairs to be too low. For my 1.52m tall companion it was a pain to sit at the table and I (1m73m) didn't really feel comfortable either. Overall, the hotel is no longer up to date. It must have been very nice 30 years ago and the condition is still good, but you can see that it needs renovation.

Really nice staff, spaceous internal yard with 20m swimmingpool and gym (not very well-equiped but at least it has it). Calm and cosy atmosphere. Great and delicious Siso restaurant located right next to the main building will help you with dinner (MUST visit). Tuk-tuk will deliver you to the citi center (7-10 min) at any time so location is not a problem.

Soundproofing... I could hear my neigbours were watching silent movie

Great colonial style building 10 mins from airport, 10 mins from ankor wat and 10 mins from pub street so central for everything. An amazing large pool for a nice dip after a day at the temples. Huge rooms with balconies. Great happy hour at the bar.

Rooms need a little tlc ie cracked wood and shower grout. However, this doesn't detract from giving it a 10 (small details.)

the staff were so so so friendly and ever so helpful! Adam greeted us at the start and was very helpful, kind and considerate. He was so great and made our stay 100% better! the pool is amazing and the breakfast is fab too! the room was great with so many facilities! the tuk tuk drivers that work for the hotel were so useful and helped us tour Angkor wat which was super useful
