Staff were wonderful and helpful. The property was beautiful.

like the space in the room. great facilities and close to shopping center. I would recommend.

Room looked well maintained. Allowed me to check in after midnight after my flight got cancelled.

Close to Westfields & public transport. Lovely staff.

Paid extra for a serviced room ...don't bother doesn't happen till 5pm got towels handed to me at the door. Ended up with 3 days of fresh towels nothing else in bathroom none collected. Breakfast options DO NOT cater for GF or Vegan unless you like red & green apples with water. Room is basic & clean. Bed is comfortable. My advise don't pay for extras as you won't get them Room was clean but small toilet seat was loose Wide angle lense doesn't show the real room

Drop box didn't work. No staff in attendance. The building is like a maze and difficult to find the door to your apartment. Rooms are tired and in need of a refresh. No supplies provided in the kitchen (such as dishwashing liquid, wipes, milk etc). Coffee was a limited number of instant sachets.

fantastic staff. so close to west field and everything. easy access to your room. costly and just awesome.

it had a semi sewerage smell from the sink in the bathroom but was easily solved. and the staff were so good at solving it and caring. really cosy! loved it

clean, convenient , comfortable bed , balcony ,breakfast ,friendly staff.

on late arrival I was a bit unsure how to navigate entering the building.

Location was superb 👌 close to shopping mall bus station maccas enjoyed my stay
