Situation good. Free parking.

Bon séjour au Heidl Guesthouse. La chambre était propre et très calme. Eau chaude dans la douche. Radiateur allumé pour une chambre chaude.

Le petit déjeuner est servi dans l’établissement d’à coté et n’est servi que jusqu’à 9h. Quand on a besoin de dormir, c’est un peu tôt.

I was double booked and they cancelled my booking after waiting 2 hours for them to do so my room was given to somebody else the day before who was staying 2 nights told them I would have been charged for room I f I didn’t turn up I was there early to check in at 115 pm check in is 2pm was told all rooms and keys are out while waiting 2 other customers got a booked room and another solo traveler like me also got a room there solution was then they wanted to charge me my original booking fee £50 remember for a room they didn’t have for me and book another hotel which was over 3 times more expensive and let booking com refund me later the difference at a later date this meant I would have had to pay £210 and hope I got a refund from booking com crazy as fault was with hotel as they kept me waiting and came up with lies after lies missed 2 hours of music festival I payed £78 to see then missed last 1 hour as I then tried to get a train home which I had to pay as my original plan was to stay in hotel and had bus booked the next morning on top of that was not aloud to take my overnight bag inside venue and had to dump that in a bin by rewind team as it had all my stuff in deodorant aftershave scissors shaving foam jeans alcohol tshirt phone charger soap razor

Overall Perth was a disappointment for us. Definitely not a tourist place. Nothing to do at all here. There was some unpleasant smell in the rooms, like an old tree with some spices. The room had traces of use everywhere. The spoons were dirty. The bathroom shower holder was broken. Old carpets. Separate beds. They serve breakfast in the morning but Perth was so disappointing for us that we decided to leave it as early as possible even before breakfast and we bought train tickets for an earlier ride even though we had tickets for the bus already that would go 3 hours later.

Check in went well. very good freshly cooked breakfast. The staff member who checked us in and served breakfast was very polite and helpful

Top floor, no lift. Not easy if you have heavy luggage.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Very attentive but not overbearing. They were polite and very helpful.

There was nothing to dislike. Very happy with everything.

Location was good. Right in the middle of town

The property failed to mention that your private bathroom is outside the room, so you need to get out to pee or shower.... I paid 52£ and it wasn't worth more than 30£
