The bins at the entrance stunk

very central to everything in Perth. cosy apartment and clean.

We have stayed before and the location, cleanliness are everything we want.

good for shops/park/theatre - central local attractions. warm. good shower.

close/entrance was very dirty - old mattress and green slime not been cleaned in a long time. Smell of smoke in stair well. Very bad vibrations through flat - windows shaking, when lorries passed. Very busy road from 6am, so not very restful. My daughter could not sleep on sofa bed due to noise in front room. Bed room not much better. Washing machine not working. Kitchen window does not open.

very clean, great location, had everything we needed, kitchen stocked well with all utensils. Thoroughly enjoyed this flat.

Some noise from bar below but this was only for a few hours and was still bearable

Good location close to city centre and 10' to rail station Cozy and warm whole apartment with adequate amenities provided Bathroom was new and the shower areas was spacious

Old flat with the whole floor leaning to one side When a large vehicle passing by, you feel tremors throughout the house like an earthquake Keyhole was not well aligned with the key from inside so it was difficult to lock First time ever, I was expected to gather used linen and garbage on my check out. Even pandemic is over, COVID is transmitted via air and not touch! Whoever cleans the flat, needs gloves and mask if they really worry about the virus still!

Great location 👌 excellent facilities flat was exceptionally clean. Great value for money

Only issue was the stairs but that was because my mum is elderly and has dementia not an issue for anyone else.

The green sofa could be updated & also a TV in the bedroom would be an idea. Also maybe some milk with the care package would be good

The entrance way to the flat was not nice, you had to go passed the pub next doors bin area into a shabby close

Excellent spacious flat just round the corner from Perth high street and at Johns shopping centre. Host was extremely in directing us when I took a wrong turn. Also provided very specific instructions on how to access the flat. 40 inch smart TV with streaming services and comfy living room. Heating, shower and kitchen facilities very easy to work. Lovely bright interior gave quite cheerful vibe. Perth itself is much more built up than I realised with Primark, New Look, Next etc. Had every shop except for Quiz. Loads affordable cafes and restaurants right outside your door. Museum/art gallery, small cinema and two castles near by. Plus citylink bus stop 5 mins away on canal Street. Can't wait to go back 🙂

A bit noisy but that's to be expected being above a bar and main road.

Good location and plenty of room for two. Done more hotel like than holiday rental. ie small shampoo and tea/coffee stuff on a tray. not board games or books nice big shower and living room. other rooms about what you would except for a town centre 1 bed flat

the pub is no longer called gray friars causing a bit of confusion finding the place

Flat was nice and clean right beside the citycentre. Lots of space for the two of us.

Only we things could do with the t.v. up dateed. And maybe t.v in the bedroom. But over all very good stay.

The location was good. The flat had everything you could need and it was clean.

The entrance looks bad but not sure it can be improved. The stairs are not suitable for anyone that has problems climbing stairs due to the spiral. There is a lot of outside noise from traffic but once in the bedroom there was not a problem.
