Great location, ideal for exploring the local area. Comfortable room very clean and the owner Cheryl very freindly.

More vegetarian options for breakfast would be our recommendation. However, I am sure if we had asked , Cheryl, the owner would have obliged we just didn't think to ask. The fridge is a bit unnecessary in the room we did not use. I would recommend moving it out unless other guests have specifically asked for this ...would make the room feel a bit more spacious and save energy costs.

Friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast choices well made and presented. Room and facilities modern and clean, good location for beach and shops.

Fantastic breakfasts - lots of choices............and all were healthy options. Super shower. Comfortable bed and really good bedside lights - could actually read by them! Very convenient for the bus/train stations in Sheringham.

The room was perfectly adequate for our needs but was quite tight for space. In the bathroom it would have been helpful to have a small shelf below the mirror on which to put "stuff" - my husband is a 'wet' shaver so we had to balance shaving kit as well as toothpaste/toothbrushes etc. on the sides of the quite small sink. A hook on the bathroom door would also be a plus.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower, nice to have outdoor seating. Very nice breakfast. Good parking.Great location. Good to have own entrance.

Prefer a firmer bed.
