Location

Booking said this location had 24 hour front desk which was not the case in our experience. We only saw someone at the desk 1 time to take payment. Any other time you need to write them.

The location is perfect and the rooms are decent

The English speaking operator was not always available

Very handy to the bus terminal and quiet. Just catch the 109 bus at the airport,get out when the bus stops and cross the road. I stayed in a private double room.

Not really a complaint but you have to find the street entrance behind the morning market stalls.( It's just on the left of the first stalls.)

1. it's in a small alley covered by a tradional market and the taxi will drop you and your luggages on the road so you'll have to manage your belongings to get into the property. And be prepared to lift your luggages by your self as there's no elevator 2. the ventilation system (if any) is terrible which makes the room smell so badly that I felt sick about it everytime I got inside after going out for a while 3. the property photos on booking.com are way different from its real status in a negative way. The facilities are old and not hygiene. 4. the one at the reception area is not very friendly and helpful. She even made unreliable judgements on the guest's ID document

Well located hostel. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice. The room are spacious and clean.

You hear noises from the street and bars around but that's ok for the price

Good location in the usual backpacking area of district 1. There is no real street noise at night as it is located in a little walking street.

The place seemed to be overbooked at the time of our stay why we were given a bigger room. Sounds nice, but the room had furniture which fell apart and wasn't really clean (especially the bathroom).

Appalling customer service. Arrived and greeted poorly by woman at front desk. On our second day here walked in to find ANTS crawling all over our bed and belongings leaving us flustered and having to wash everything. Absolutely no apology was given and when leaving to find somewhere else was asked to pay for the night we were not staying. Very disappointed.

They upgraded me for free to private room with bathroom which was very nice of them

Good location, quite at night but close to main street for night life. Friendly staff, they were able to book for us a tour to Cu chi tunnels.

They offer breakfast from a menu however half of it isn't available, it's a bit frustrating, you should have a limited menu with 2 items and focus and having them.

Clean, Warm welcome from the staff and very well located 🤩, ... basic breakfast 🥣
