El desayuno tipo buffet es excelente y los platos a la carta también, tienen chefs con buen sazón y la mayor parte del personal atienden con buena actitud. La vista desde nuestra habitación fue excepcional, el personal de limpieza hace un muy buen trabajo y fueron muy atentos al suministrar suficientes elementos (café, toallas, jabones y shampoo y demas) para tres personas. La ubicación es perfecta, tranquila, agradable y segura para salir a caminar incluso de noche, se encuentra lo necesario alrededor para cualquier emergencia o suministro qué se requiera en carro o caminando y para ir a los puntos más turísticos se encuentra en una zona muy central.

La persona que hace check in en el buffet siempre estaba con una mala cara y actitud, la verdad era un flojera hacer check in a tan espectacular buffet viendo la cara de esa señora de entrada, pensamos que era cuestión de un mal día para ella pero realmente todos los días de nuestra estadía tenía la misma cara y la misma mala actitud.

Très bon petit déjeuner avec fruits frais, jus thé café à volonté. Différentes viennoiseries et pains à griller et également du salé avec des oeufs préparés sur place, du jambon du fromage… Le parking juste à côté de l’hôtel pour les valises c’est pratique.

Les tarifs un peu élevés pour le service de lingerie.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist toll und man kann von dort in wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt gelangen

El desayuno es excelente, super variado y completo, un gran equipo para ofrecer un desayuno de muy alta calidad. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de plazas comerciales y restaurantes. Debes procurar que la vista sea hacia la ciudad porque hay una vista hacia el edificio de al lado que está muy abandonado.

Ascensor estuvo averiado, luego fue reparado. No hay microondas en la habitación.

Las vistas que tiene la habitación es espectacular y la comida que dan en el desayuno está muy bien la verdad

Las instalaciones se ven un poco viejas y en la taza del baño estaba un poco descuidada que pensábamos que estaba sucio

Excellent séjour. Superbe chambre avec une vue sur la baie. Très bon petit déjeuner, bon restaurant. Belle piscine. Tous les ingrédients pour passer un très bon séjour. Le quartier de Casco Viejo est vraiment à faire ainsi que le City bus hop on-hop off, et la visite de Miraflorès . Nous vous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel.

The hotel staff, front desk and lobby are very welcoming. Dining room staff are attentive, the selection of breakfast items are great and overall quality of food is magnificent. Housekeeping folks keep the rooms comfortable.

el lugar estaba completamente remodelado las habitaciones modernas, limpias, cortinas eléctricas, todo muy limpio, la vista muy bella hacia la ciudad y el desayuno era increíble, muchas cosas y todo estaba muuuuy rico ! me encanto todo.

Todo fue perfecto no tengo nada para cambiar de mi estadía.

The location & LOVED THE VIEW!

I would like to give a huge shout out to our porter Yovany who was exceptionally friendly and always very helpful from the moment we set foot on the property. Equally friendly and, oh so efficient, was the lady who prepares the eggs to order every morning.

I did not appreciate the lady who checked us in. We were early and understandably the room was not ready . She asked us to come back closer to noon. We did. During the check in process she made a comment that the check in time was 3p and that she was doing us "a favor" by checking us in before noon. Such a comment was unprofessional and not very welcoming! A better approach would have been to say that the checkin is actually at 3p, but I see some rooms available so I will be happy to check you in ahead of time, or something to that effect. Make the guest happy! Next, we were 2 adults/2children and there were only two towels in the room. The chambermaid was in the hallway with a cart with clean towels so I asked for two. Her response was that she needed permission from her supervisor to give me two additional towels. An hour went by and no towels. She was still on the floor, so I asked again and she said she was still checking and blatantly continued to chat with another chambermaid showing no sense of urgency. After 30 mins I called the front desk. They were apologetic and said they will send them right away. An hour went by and still no towels. I called the front desk again. I finally got the towels after two hours of back and forth. A simple request that could have been taken care of on the spot! On the second morning, my daughter reported to the front desk that the shower was not draining. Nothing was done. That evening her shower flooded and since we had adjoining rooms, the water overflowed to my bathroom. This was around ten in the evening. They moved us to another floor. We tested the showers and this time her shower was fine, but mine was not draining, so they moved me to another floor. The two latter issues are clear signs of no follow up from staff when issues are reported. I have stayed in Plaza Paitilla before and have had no issues.

The room on the 17th floor has a spectacular view, the bed was comfortable. Fresh fruit for breakfast, the best ceviche.

The room has a refrigerator, but no minibar. Internet is weak. The reception has a worn appearance and smells old. The room also has a tired look to it. The breakfast was good, but not outstanding.
