Quiet and helpful staff

Needs a. bit maintenance for the price

Every thing, very good location, friendly staff . It felt like being home. Loved the terrace and the living room . Loved the bike.

As I said everything was good. Wished more restaurant were near by. Not very found of ordering food online I think the bathrooms could be better, it was clean , but some staff was missing

This is a nice villa, rooms are spacious and clean. Location is near down town and the sea is just across the street. The staff were nice and friendly. we feel at home.

Great location and good stay for a first night in Muscat when you arrive at the airport. The host is a very friendly guy that offers good help.

For us it was too expensive compared to the other options available in Muscat. Bathroom could use a refreshment with some anti lime. Early in the morning there is a lot of noise from downstairs. An extra tip is to offer free water on the room. Always nice when you arrive.

The terrace on the top floor is a fantastic area with great view and very relaxing

Second time that I stayed in Lana Villa. The area is ideal for relaxing near the sea, in a quiet area. The room is wide and clean. The staff is lovely. Always having a good chat, which makes me feel like I am home.

The very welcoming house faces the sea and is very well located; some convenience stores are close and little restaurants for locals like a fish and seafood grill. The Chedi, perhaps the best hotel of Muscat, is very close: for an extra, it is possible to have lunch or dinner there. Ar Lana Villa, breakfast is good, diversified enough and you can have eggs cooked for you. Oliver, always available, will be of a great help for any information you would need.

Excellent and relaxing place. The balcony upstairs is amazing. My room had no view, but there are 2 rooms with a balcony on the 1s floor. All others rooms have access to the big balcony on the 2nd floor. The common are on the ground is spacious and very comfortable, and there's a balcony on the ground to have breakfast in a table for 8 people. Inside the breakfast table is a big one, for around 20 people. Good Wi-Fi, but just on the ground floor. The bed was very comfortable. It's a family surround, so it's very nice walking around on the beach sidewalk (OBS - the beach is not nice for taking bath, with black sand, stones and a lot of fisher boats and stuffs abandoned anywhere). Definitely, the tips from the hotel are the best, so it's a good idea to look at the "tips book" when arriving there - the restaurant Turkey House for seafood is amazing.

The bathroom (room n. 5) was not so nice, with a uncomfortable position of the toilet, too close from the door, and the sink needs better workmanship (but everything functional). The air conditioning was a bit noising.

At Lana Villa you will feel at home; the neighbourhood is quiet. The terrace on the roof is the perfect place to watch the sunset and to relax. Oliver is a nice and helpful person. Since I had my flight at 2:00 am he allowed to postpone the check out at the time I needed in the evening. The hotel is located in front of a beach where there are always fishermen but you could easily find some unfrequented spots.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Ambience and view. Relaxed and comfortable rooms. Neat and well maintained villa. Value for money. Perfect staycation close by beach. Area was super peaceful.

Breakfast options were limited and not upto mark
