A localização é muito boa! Queria ter ido com mais tempo para aproveitar mais, quem vai para passar férias vai amar. É uma caminhada da praia e tem restaurantes e padarias próximos, como também o orquidário de Santos que parece ser bom para visitar.

O café da manhã achei mais ou menos, mas tem uma padaria perto que dá para comprar coisas caso não tenha gostado do café do hotel. Na época que eu fui acredito que estavam tendo reformas, então teve um pouco de barulho durante o dia, mas que depois parou.

Simplicidade. Localização (junto ao horquidário). Café da manhã bem caseiro, sem frescuras e sem excessos. Quarto grande, limpo, arejado.

Não tenho nada a reclamar ou apontar de que não tenha gostado. O custo-benefício é ótimo. Apenas o wi-fi tem sinal irregular ou inexistente.

They wanted charge me extra, when I alredy had paid online. No towels on the room and when came was very bad quality, looks like a rag. The blanket was torn and sticky, very bad smell on the pillows, there was guests what lives there and they were to noisy.

Not A serious property. charged my card ahead of time and when we got stuck at the airport in Sweden, besides not answering the phone , they totally ignored the emails Booking.com sent to them

I don't recommend this property. the area is not good and dangerous, and it's longer from the beach then it says on their website

The breakfast was good, nice quality. But there weren't many vegetarian or vegan options. The room seemed to be clean, as well as common areas. The location seemed safe enough for a young woman to travel alone (I was able to walk around the neighbourhood in peace).

The hotel was SUPER noisy. People talking loud. Pets and kids. Regular cars (not heavy duty ones) on the street would make the aluminium windows tremble A LOT. There was a parking lot a few meters from the window, where people would listen to music on their cars and slam car doors. Also outside the window, there was a service area where employees would chat from time to time (not their problem, neither were they particularly rude nor loud, but it disturbed my sleep, given the proximity). Airconditioning was loud and cranky, and even if you turned it off the units from apartments above would leak condensation and that droplet sound on tin would be constant 24h the whole period I stayed there. SO BRIGHT bright lights were on the corridors 24h and the light would come through the gaps around the door, the "blackout curtains" did not cover the whole window, street lights and the parking lot lights would also be on 24h.
