I really enjoyed the comfort and size of the junior suite.

I didn’t love the breakfast. Choice of meal was small. Also, can’t be helped, but being so close to the hospital means hearing sirens (ambulance) all day and night.

It was close to a few sightseeings. So the location was quite good! The fact that they had a coin laundry room was also nice. The staff were friendly.

The sauna was not working or we weren’t able to use it, which was unfortunate, because we chose this hotel also because of their spa options. When we arrived in our room, towels were missing, so that we had to ask for them. When on the phone, they didn’t seem to understand that we didn’t have any towels at all, because they asked how many we needed additionally... The bed sheets on one bed were stained. All in all the cleanliness was okay, but not good. When we asked for water, since we didn’t receive any more water, the staff was hesitant and told us to check our fridge if there were new bottles (which there weren’t). We had to ask once again, if they could provide us two little bottles of water, which they then delivered to us. The communication was a little difficult, but all in all nice and friendly.

Breakfast was basic and available for an extra fee, so you might as well go out to the nice cafes, if you're paying anyway. There is a CU convenience store right beside it though, to compensate for the no-food available onsite.

That there was no restaurant onsite. There was an illy cafe but only coffee and pastries. The room service is only available until 3pm. We stayed in a suite where you can cook, but we don't understand why there was no plates and utensils on hand in the kitchen, you want to request for it. So the concept of having a kitchenette is lost.

Hyggelig personalet, veldig behjelpelig. Stort og fint treningsrom. Lett tilgjengelig med kollektiv transport.

Hadde rom nærme heisen som bråkte litt om natten. Aircondition funket ikke. Restaurant var under ombygging så manglende room service.

Location was central. Reception staff (a gentleman) was very helpful.

Room smelt of cigarettes, despite the no smoking policy. Rude guests.

clean rooms accessible very friendly and accommodating staff; super helpful. They were all great! location is good; peaceful and quiet area food at the restaurant was good too overall, it was a very pleasant stay. i will definitely come back in the future

perhaps the coffee shop can extend its hours until evening the vendo machine only accepts credit card restaurant and room service have limited hours only

There is nothing that I liked . Only staff is helpful .

Daily same boring breakfast . Very far from Center of city or happening places . Night time taxis also won’t come . Even if they come they charge a lot . No closets in room . Worst interiors of room. Laundry room shuts at 8pm. Restaurant in hotel closes at 4pm . Snail paced lifts . Don’t book if with family or kids .
