Location of property is very good if you will come to Florence by train.

They can improve cleanliness of property and it’s still above average.

Room was quiet small but still good for two people. Duccio our host was helpful and responsive too. Location is perfect as it is close to the center and restaurants.

Camilla was very kind and was ready to help.

Nice location near train station. Camille was a very sweet host. Easy to contact and communicate with. Very quaint old building gives you a fun taste of old Florence. Great restaurants, a supermarket, cafés and Medici Chapel just steps away.

The rebuilding of the large hotel off of the balcony was noisy during the day, but this place is very quiet at night.

Perfect location and cozy clean room, with a lovely patio. There’re some constructions around in the morning, but very quite in the night, no doubts you can have a good rest. Helpful and nice staff are also points, truly recommend it.

It will be nice if there’re wine opener and glasses in room.

The service was terrific. The hostess is very helpful and responsive. The property is only a 2-3 mins walk from the Duomo. I particularly enjoyed the room decor with the mosaic floor and really old furniture plus a small balcony. It felt like an authentic Florentine experience.

The breakfast was provided by a pastry shop next door which is open only at 9 am. The pastry shop was also a nice one with a friendly staff, but I visited Florence for a conference where most of the days' program started at 8, so I couldn't really have breakfast on those days.

very nice little b&b right in the old town, perfect location, close everywhere, on the same street nice restaurant and grocery store. The room was good size, with small balcony, bed very comfortable, there’s also a kettle in the room to make your tea/coffee. Nice hosts, speak good English.

for early risers the cafe where we had breakfast vouchers opens a bit late, around 9.00 so we didn’t use them.

Unsure how the housekeeping works - we left the sign on the door but room didn’t get cleaned (worth finding out at check in), they did tell us where to get fresh towels and more toilet paper. By the time we checked out, the bathroom had an awful smell (we couldn’t even shower in there).

I like everything. it’s unique, entrance, room, bed, cabinet all antique design. staying B&B and got feeling as staying in real Italy home. the host both Camilla and Duccio are responsive via booking message and even provide info via WhatsApp which is convenient. since I check-in late and owner isn’t living in. they also come to arrange check in for me. and check out is just easy. during my stay also have someone comes to change towel every day. thank you so much!

The host, Camille, was fantastic and waited for our late arrival. The position could of not been better within walking distance to any of attractions plus best restaurants.

Location , amazing staff, decoration! We loved everyting. Camilla was super kind and the room was clean , cosy and we had our own balcony. The location is the best part of Florence Heart.

A small B and B in an excellent location close to the airport Tram, train station and all the central attractions. There are lots of restaurants and a small grocery next door The owner was very kind and responsive both before and during my stay

Situated near the centre of renaissance Florence. Clean and comfortable with Breakfast around the corner in bustling Florence. Easy for excellent restaurants and historical sites. Love the lift very handy as it's on the top floor.

You need to replenish tea and coffee. Brits like milk in their tea. The TV didn't work, however, I wasn't there to watch TV

Location is superb, 200m from airport train, close to main square, supermarket by the door and an excellent restaurant Lift to the 3rd floor. Wine openner and glasses in the room. Breakfast in the nearby bar - just a drink and pastery. very tasty. we had great 2 day stay. Room clean cosy and so nice. Exceeded our expectation comparing to similar location at similar price..

Very warm welcome.

The room was comfortable and clean and the area was reasonably quiet at night. The location was excellent as it was closed to the tram to take us to the airport.

We would like a small fridge in the room as we would like to keep our water bottles cool for the next day 🙂

The location and staff responsiveness were excellent. The room is nicely decorated with antique furniture.
