Es war wunderschön, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich und sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Lage ist auch top, nur wenige Minuten von Kitzbühel entfernt. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

The place is very near to Kitzbühel ( 2 min driving). The owner is very nice and kind person. She brought fresh bread every morning and was always helpful. The apartment was very clean, cozy and warm. The kitchen was everything you need, if you want to prep a meal.
Everything was more than pleasant.
We will definetely come back next time!

Everything! We had the best time and the apartment was beyond our expectations. Beautifully done, all wood and very cozy. We will recommend to everybody we know. The view from the balcony was spectacular and our hosts lovely and charming.
We liked absolutely everything! There was nothing we didn't like. We felt right at home and loved our stay.

Close to Fleckalmbahn station - 2 mins drive, cozy apartment with well equipped kitchenette, quiet place with nice view, helpful house owner, good price, highly recommended

Accommodation very close to ski areas. Clean, nice apartment. Comfortable beds. Friendly landlady.

It was a great and quiet location. Apartment was very cozy and equipment sufficient. Host Stefi was very nice and her advises were extremly useful. Really recommend for family or pairs. Definitely will come again! Filip and Eliska
In our apartment were a little bit low ceilings (in the kitchen bathroom and doors to terrace). I have 185cm and sometimes I hited to my head but it is nothing you can't used to. Under 180 cm it is absoulutely ok.

We liked very much the location, which is near to every places you usually visit in this area.
Hosts are very kind and friendly, the quality of the apartment (furnitures, size etc) is excellent.
