The property is a 15-minute walk from the central part of the city. It's a small hotel with just a few rooms. Not to big, but comfy rooms without a balcony. Clean and well-maintained.

The aircon wasn't working great at all times -- either too hot or too cold. The rooms aren't well sound-proof so you can hear noises from the corridor.

The place had a balcony and was very nice, exceeded my expectations.

Nice, quality room, equipped with everything necessary (including an iron in the shared area). The hotel is easy to reach by car - light traffic and no narrow roads if you drive from outside the town. You can reach the airport in minutes (by car on our case). Good pizza can be ordered from a little bar just next to the hotel. The owner is nice and helpful.

Some hosts in Italy developed a nasty habit of taking a picture of your ID card with their private phones - the owner of Casa Lucia is one of them. In my opinion it is against all rules (be it GDPR, security, or just plain common sense) and should be forbidden - that is why I checked "bad" for "Staff".

Exceptionally clean, very large bathroom, that could basically be a room on its own :)

Nothing to mention here maybe except for the WiFi which is a bit slow

Very good place. Very large. Ver much space on the roof top balcony. Pizza e trattoria around the corner. Bus stop around. Enough parking space. Short walk into the city. Air conditioner!

Unter the roof, so you need to wait until the aircon did it‘s job.

Since we were traveling by motorbike, we were allowed to park inside the fence, and under the roof. ☺️👍

The owners do not speak English at all, which makes it difficult for foreigners to communicate more easily.

Great staff, clean rooms, close to the centre plus if you want you have everything around you, we were very pleased with the place. Also very thankful they found my phone on the street and returned it to me!
