I very much enjoyed my stay at Il Gallo Bianco. It is in a good central position but quiet which was nice. I had a nice big comfortable room and bathroom opening out to a nice garden terrace. The room was kept immaculately clean. A nice breakfast is provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location for walking around the city centre. For anyone arriving by train it would be perfect with the station entrance being only about 100m. Clean and comfortable room but not what I would class as ‘deluxe’. The balcony was not of any benefit because it overlooked a busy road and the railway tracks. I would recommend taking a room at the back of the building, opening onto the terrace where breakfast is served.

Location next to the train and bus station. The room and terrace were big. The bathroom was big and nicely done, water pressure excellent. Staff was extremely helpful. They helped us with all the problems we had. We had to book additional night because of the flight cancellation and thus experienced different room that was smaller but recently renovated and was also very nice. We got a good price with discount for the additional night and bottle of nice wine from the lovely staff.

We had a bad luck as the road works were ongoing on the street where our terrace was facing. The noise started at 7 in the morning. We discussed it with the staff and although we didnt get any compensation for the price they offered us a nice bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the terrace in the evening. There was an old wardrobe in the room which looked antique but smelled badly inside so we kept our clothes around the room and chairs. The bathroom was excellent but it would be great to add some more hooks and for the towels and some shelve in the shower for the shampoo etc.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Cagliari. We loved the breakfast and the rooms.

Room nr 3: incredible loud as the window is to the backyard with the power generator:cooling system. It is called executive room but you feel more like in a prison as you can not open the window. If you are a prrson who likes to sleep with open window, forget it.

We loved our stay and Aurora had an answer to all our questions, she is amazing.

The air conditioning doesn’t work well ( some sleepless hot nights) the shower floods because the it’s stuffed. The hotel is toooo saving, only 1 toilet roll is offered no extras, once the reception is not there there is nothing to get because everything is locked in closets as if someone was going to rob them, not to mention the breakfast which looked really sad more or less, it’s not even enough for all of their guests, the breakfast is officially till 10 am but after 9 there is nothing, the biscuits which were offered probably have expired or not good since a long time, there is a kitchen in the corridor which was marked clearly for staff only in the fear that someone will use a couple of coffee capsules,too saving again…. The sound insulation is horrible because the breakfast is in the corridor with no separation to the rooms by any means, which means you can hear every fork and knife movement once the breakfast starts! A horrible experience, fooled by the high rank which they have here! big disappointment and not worth a penny of what we paid never again and highly recommend staying away from!

Great location, a few steps from the station, which means that the journey to the airport takes 15 minutes, tasty breakfast and the possibility of arriving at night. Comfortable beds and a friendly atmosphere. Very clean. I sincerely recommend.

Il Gallo Bianco is located within a walking distance from the train station. My room has a large terrace that I share with other guests but it is still very private and quiet. The staff are very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend Il Gallo Bianco.

I was at Il Gallo Bianco for a week. After a few days I got tired of the breakfast which offers similar choices everyday.
