Pool was nice.

Location. While the name suggests it is Seminyak, it is definitely in Kerobokan. Breakfast was not good - a few limited choices, no taste, and I ended up going out to get real food from local shops. First nights one of the other villa's guests had a dog that kept barking all night. Another night, there was a party in one of the villas with excessively loud music that only stopped when I complained at 12.45am. Apparently the guest was given permission to play loud music until 1am. Room was not cleaned every day. No security box in room until I asked for it and wad not fixed to any wall or cupboard. Staff fluency in English quite limited so if you try to talk about a concern or issue it wasn't understood.

Air con wasn't always working. We were a little way out of Seminyak

The villa was beautiful, pool was lush and had sun most of the day. The bedroom and living area were massive with heaps of space to relax and not be on top of each other.

-Our provided breakfast came at the time we put down at check in. The issue was that is was wrapped in cling wrap and basically cold. We decided to have breakfast else where. -We ordered Bintangs around 4-5 times and each time they delivered them warm. -The location is somewhat far away from the heart of Seminyak (we should have looked into this further before booking this location) about a 20 min drive to the heart.

The Villa is spacious clean, well maintained, the pool is also clean and maintained. Good for a romantic holiday.

Breakfast is limited. The reception staff has difficulty in understanding the requirements. We had asked do they provide dinner, the receptionist said no. They have room menu card available, so next day we asked again, another person said that they can provide We had asked for packed breakfast, we were leaving the Villa at 5.00am. The receptionist promised that we will get continental breakfast at checkout. Nothing was ready. If one had a rental car then accessibility is fine, however if not then it is away from the hustle bustle.
