Close to town. Friendly staff

Location. Ideal for visiting my daughter and close to the town centre. Also, could park my car on the premises.

Nothing. It provided us with everything we needed.

As soon as we arrived we noticed a plug socket was hanging out of the wall and the shower door fell off and hit us. Not a great first impression.

The place was immaculate and had a staff person readily at hand at the door to help with entry, checkin, etc. It was well appointed with nice furniture, dishes, bed, couch, etc. Instructions were very clear. Everything worked, especially the heat! After 2 weeks in the UK in Jan and finding every rental borderline cold, this was nice. There wasn't really a breakfast, though it was a nice touch to have a few boxes of granola/muesli, milk, and instant coffee/tea in the kitchen when I arrived. They weren't replenished but possibly if I'd asked they would have been. Also, I sent a question about the towel warming rack and it was answered quickly.

No real complaints. Perhaps the windows could have a had a blackout curtain but the blinds kept them pretty dark at night (with streetlights behind the unit some light filtered in).

noisy very noisy , couldnt sleep , specially my room facing the street , at night all the from the street and the gym , in the morning its like hell from 5 oclock , never had a good night sleep !!! asked for a room on the other side , never available !!!!
