We enjoyed our stay at La Maison Du Bulot. Each room in the characterful building was decorated with a theme, to a high standard. Mathilde gave us a warm welcome - her English is excellent, much appreciated as our French is not! We loved the sheltered garden, where we sat out in the late evening. Good restaurant close by for an evening meal. Great place for a stopover when travelling from Wales.

As La Maison is on the main street, it was quite noisy in the rooms facing the street (but not in our room at the back). If you are looking for a country idyll, this wouldn't be the place.

Friendly, homelike, the owner was waiting for us on arrival and made sure we knew how everything worked in the property. was happy to work around our early start and offered us an alternative room which was available and free roam of the house. very accommodating and everything catered for.

Good breakfast and attentive hostess Clean room

Location of room was streetside with extremely loud noise from tractors and agricultural vehicles ...Constant traffic. Even in the wee hours of the morning . There was no fan available for the room which was very hot, with limited ventilation
