Slightly away from the bustle of main Calais and all its bars, yet walkable. Right on beach front, good parking facilities. Clean large rooms comfortable bed with extra bunk bed ideal for a family of 4.

Nothing really, stairs bit noisy you can hear people clomping up them

Although it was really raining and windy at the time of our stay, I could see that it was in a really nice location. The property itself was very dated. We desperately needed a place to stay in Calais due to a car breakdown, and they accommodated us and every member of staff we encountered was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was ok.

Whilst it was semi clean, the property was very dated, some of the plug sockets didn’t work, the toilet door didn’t open fully as it kept getting stuck on the toilet. It needs a massive revamp.

Good basic accommodation at a as reasonable price. Excellent location. Friendly staff.

Breakfast should be more flexible. Not everyone wants as full breakfast service at 14 Euros. A lot of people just want to have a coffee and a croissant.

De passage avant de prendre le ferry, l'hôtel a un prix abordable pour un nuit, propre, insonorisation juste correcte. le personnel à l'écoute.

La literie, HORRIBLE, ou comment dormir sur un planche à pain.... C'est bien dommage...

Most uncomfortable bed we have ever stayed in! Was rock hard!! Woke with a very sore back!

The hotel location is great

The bathroom felt dirty and we couldn’t have a shower as the bottom of the shower totally put us off. The mattress was so uncomfortable was like sleeping on a rock.

Excellent buffet breakfast lovely day great views and friendly staff we really enjoyed ourselves we will come again.

The mattress on the single bed - too uncomfortable but the mattress on the double bed was soft and would have been much nicer to sleep on. Everything else was perfect as usual.

Das Familienzimmer war sauber, wenn auch etwas klein, aber in Ordnung. Es gab ein Etagenbett für die Kinder im Flur, neben Toilette und Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und Eiern und Würstchen. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade ist schön. Wenige Parkplätze direkt am Haus.

Nicht so schön war, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren. Die kleine Kochzeile hatte keine Ausstattung, lediglich ein Wasserkocher war da. Für eine Nacht war es okay.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Einmal über Straße und schon ist man am Strand. Es stehen rund ums Hotel kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Die Betten könnten bequemer sein und das Zimmer, vorallem das Bad und die sparate Toilette größer.

uitzicht op zee werd zijraam, grote teleurstelling! Vergissing in de taal: vue en face wordt bij b.com beiden als face vertaalt, wil je op strand kijken bel accommodatie! Personeel súper behulpzaam en klant vriendelijk. Op 8mei (weer!) geen bussen: we brengen je naar t eerste station. Voor gezinnen zeker aanrader.

Aankleding kamer en douche mag zeker gemoderniseerd worden. Bedden idd heel hard, moet je tegen kunnen... deuren naar badkamer en wc draaien naar binnenruimte, erg gevaarlijk voor stevige mensen ongeschikt. Kitchenette werkt slecht, je krijgt een bak met kookspullen, alles beetje armoedig, personeel maakt alle 'gebreken' met vriendelijkheid helemaal weer goed.

Ruime (onbeveiligde) parkeerplaats gelijk bij het hotel, voldoende parkeerplekken beschikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie locatie aan het strand, diverse kamers zeeaanzicht. Op een kleine 15 minuutjes lopen in het centrum, met voldoende eetgelegenheden. Fijne douche. Koelkast op de kamer.

Hotel en kamers ogen wat gedateerd. Bed was erg hard en kraakte lichtjes. Kitchenette niet gevuld, stond op magnetron "vragen voor benodigdheden bij receptie". Eerst was het antwoord "nee dat kan niet", daarna toch het gevraagde meegekregen. Gordijnen laten erg veel licht door aan de boven- en onderkant.

Near ferry terminal, near nice bar/restaurant.

A lot cleaner and more comfortable than expecting. We normally stay next door but opted to try this for a change. Pleased we did. Room had everything we needed and was surprisingly comfortable. Only had the basic double room but came with separate bunk bedded area and kitchenette.

It's very tired in places but didn't change the fact that it was good value for money and comfortable.

The location was perfect. Close enough to centre of town to walk but far way enough to avoid the noise. The fridge was an added bonus. Local Pizzeria on the corner was excellent. Walk along the beach is recommended.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Direkt an der Promenade. Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber gewesen, es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, toll war die kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche war neu renoviert. Der Föhn ging leider nicht, uns wurde vom Personal aber sofort ein Föhn gebracht. Die separate Toilette war winzig, aber sauber. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist wirklich hervor zu heben. Alle waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, es war eine zufriedenstellende Auswahl mit leckerem Baguette und Croissants, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und leckerer Wurst/Schinken und Käseauswahl. Es gab auch Rührei mit Bacon, Obstsalat uvm. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, man geht aus der Tür und ist auf der Promenade. Herrlich! Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Die Matratzen waren furchtbar hart. Die Toilette ist winzig und die WC Tür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, einfach. Aber dafür ist es auch recht günstig.

Nicht viel. Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre längst hinter sich.

Notdürftige Reparaturen wo man nur hinschaut. Haare waren überall zu finden. Der Fön war defekt und die Abdeckung der Wandinstallation war ebenfalls defekt. Bei dem Etagenbett für unsere Kinder fehlte einfach ein Bettlaken.

The hotel is in a fab location right on Calais sea front, the parking is good and the staff on reception very easy to deal with.

We found the bed very hard and the pillows were the most uncomfortable things ever, they definitely needed to go in the bin. At 3am someone decided to hold a party in their room and we had to call security to get them to shut up.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man an allem. Das Personal war zwar nett, aber die Frage, wie man (ohne Auto) am besten zur Fähre kommt, konnte es nicht beantworten und bot auch nicht an, das nachzusehen.

Lovely large room. Plenty of space for our 2 dogs. Convinient for ferry terminal.

Only one thing the reception closes at 7pm. Seems a little early.
