Instructions to how to use the Sonos system were also wrong (they started with "the iPad runs everything" and there was no iPad to be found). Little (but important) details like these shouldn't be wrong in property's "how to" book.

We have stayed at the Sea Glass Cottage multiple times. We return because it is very clean, comfortable, located close to our daughter's family and close to morning exercise walks along Shoreline Drive down to the Marina and/or Pier. It is the perfect size for my husband and myself and the second bedroom accommodates additional family members if they join us. Tho there is a hillside backyard, we don't ever use it, but we do enjoy the garage rooftop patio. The plantings are lovely and lush. The layout of the house works well and tho it would be considered a small house, it doesn't feel cramped. The bathroom is a nice size and the 2 sink vanity accommodates any and all products, cosmetics that one brings. A charming home away from home.

Bedrooms are a little small but they are comfortable. House was very neat, refrigerator was sparkling clean and empty. You can walk to the ocean cliffs in 6 minutes, and in 15 minutes you can walk to the Mesa shopping area with great restaurants and a gourmet grocery. We can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful find! This is a bright, clean house walking distance to the beach. Check-in and check out were both easy. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

We spent 6 days and enjoyed our stay. The location was very good- a short walk to the beach and easy access to all we wanted to do. The street is pleasant and quiet. The interior was bright and comfortable.

This was a wonderful house and we enjoyed our stay.

Really loved this property. It was very clean, and well outfitted for a rental property - perfect for our family of two adults and two children. The best part is that it is a 5-minute walk down to one of the nicest beaches I have ever been on (and you can see the ocean from the living room couch!). The property manager was very responsive to email. My one request: get some better knives for the kitchen please..hard to cook with blunt chopping knives.

Nice place, clean, quiet, lovely property. Close to beaches, parks, restaurants. Will stay again when in the area.

We really enjoyed the house as it has everything we need for a 4 day holiday - blender, gas stove, games, books, outdoor dining, beach chairs, clean towels and plenty of kitchenware. We bike to the breaches and Von is nearby. The house is nice and clean. We just wish it has another bathroom or outdoor shower.

We had a great time staying here for a little get away during COVID. The place thought of everything, from pack-n-play, to a foldable high chair. We weren’t able to use the garage as the code didn’t work but that was okay. Close walk to the beach if you don’t mind climbing stairs, great location!

Our family of 4 had a great time on our vacation in Santa Barbara. We settled in perfectly at the cottage, which had everything we needed and was well stocked with kitchen supplies. It was nice to be walking distance to a beach overlook/stairway and a short drive to everything else. The house is decorated in the Santa Barbara beach style (blues, greens, whites) and we took advantage of the beautiful patio every day. There wasn't anything that didn't work or that we wished they had. It's definitely a cozy feel so if you are looking for a relaxing and intimate home, this is it.

Very clean and well furnished SB home in good location two blocks from the beach and close to town. Great neighborhood beautiful backyard and deck with ocean views. Will be back next time.

Beds listed incorrectly, supposed to be two kings; 1) Guest bedroom advertised a king, had two twins, 2) Master bedroom with king sunk in middle, no support bar, at end of stay saw something laying on side under bed. Very disappointing for my wife and my son and his wife

Excellent location, great cottage, and wonderful view of the ocean from the garage rooftop patio. However, the living room couch and chairs are old, very uncomfortable, and need to be replaced. Also, the drains in the kitchen sink and shower back up and don’t drain properly. And the coffee machine is ancient and needs replacing.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Glass Cottage in Santa Barbara. To begin, it was a great location - short walk to shoreline and beach areas, wonderful ocean views from deck, and convenient access to shopping! The house was exactly as pictured with a relaxing beach cottage décor and had all the amenities (WIFI, printer, & ipad all pluses). Outdoor landscaping was beautiful as well!

Loved this home! So clean, airy and bright. The beds, pillows, and bedding are super comfortable - like being at a 5-star resort. This home was built in 1955 and has been totally remodeled but maintains the original bungalow character. I appreciate that the rental property company has strict guidelines for tenants of the house so that it maintains the nice quality for all who want to stay there. Great sitting areas indoor and outdoor. We went to have a quiet retreat and this fit the bill perfectly. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes to drive to the heart of town - so convenient. There is also a Lazy Acres (think Whole Foods but better) and a great coffee shop in the same center within walking distance (about 1/2 a mile). This home was so peaceful! The house sits in a good neighborhood and of course that comes with all of the gardening activity on the block during the week (but that can't be avoided). Luckily gardeners finish quickly and your peace is restored! The home is one level but you do need to bring your bags up 2 flights of stairs as the home sits high with great views (just an FYI for folks who can't do stairs).
