Great location, quiet yet close to bars/restaurants/beach/shops etc. Staff are very pleasant. Room is compact size but with all facilities needed, and cleaned on request. Great breakfast, fresh and with sufficient choice. Lovely pool, clean and with well maintained sun-loungers and shade umbrellas. Would recommend and would stay again.

The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. Very good hospitality. The location is very good at walking distance to Calis beach and 30 min away from Fethiye city centre by water taxi (€3 pp) or bus (€0.60 pp). The view from the balcony is lovely with the mountains and sea. The breakfast is lovely with good options. The pool is very relaxing with no loud music.

We needed earplugs to sleep because there were parties and loud music nearby during the night. We suggest sleeping with your head away from the wall to avoid the beats as the sound isolation is not great. The room and the bathroom were smaller than we expected from the pictures.

This is my second visit and it is a pleasant low budget hotel. From the outside it is walled off from the road with lovely planting, and trees with birds flitting about. It is a short walk to the water taxi, and the dolmus and it is flat, it took my 78 year old parents 10 mins to walk to the beach and 5 to the dolmus. The rooms at the back have some noise at night from the bars, but the patio doors work well in reducing it so it isn't an issue. There is no noise at the front. If you want your room cleaned then you put your key in and ask. In keeping with being environmentally conscious, and keeping your privacy it is not automatic. All staff are friendly and helpful and we're really lovely to my parents. The levels of English vary at reception but they work hard to ensure your needs are met. The buffet breakfast is always fresh, and is the cereal, meat and cheese, boiled egg, chips, borek and some changeable items like ,menemen, pancakes etc. Ferhan who does the cooking is a fabulous lady. The rooms have a fridge and you can supplement with your items if you like. I am vegan so this was important for me as I brought my own meat/cheese from the UK. The hotel has had some renovation work and the reception is fresh and inviting and there is a lift. The rooms sizes are not large, but you can walk around. The air conditioners are very effective and not too loud. The beds are comfortable and all the towels and bedding are good. The bathrooms are a bit tired looking but the water pressure was great.Mosy of the guests seem to be Turkish, so no red lobsters laying down towels and hogging the loungers all day. We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There is a reasonable amount of storage but no drawers so you have to hang clothes or fold them in cupboards. More hangers would have been good, but I didn't request any as we weren't too fussed because we had storage cubes.

Great location near sea front close to everything, shops cafes, water taxi . Very good breakfast was included in price, variety of hot breakfast menu like sausages, eggs omlet, fresh fruits, we did like Turkish cheeses with tomatoes, freshly baked waffles with marmalade. Tea and coffee was a bonus

No elevator, No assistant to move the luggage from the 3rd floor to the lobby at the time of checkout. Non English speaking staff. No elevator. Very small room.

Beds could have been changed Seems rooms are only cleaned and beds changed at end of stay. One staff member seemed to have problems with British nationals. All others were very helpful and friendly
