House itself is excellent. Newly built, well appointed, clean, great for large family groups. Great kitchen. Off street parking, with double garage. Beds, linen etc were good.

I was under the impression it was on the river. Its not, nor does it have a view of it. but you do get access to the river via a private road. It would have been better to be very clear about the location - in a suburban street, not riverfront. Doesnt have secure boat docking etc, and the channel from the reserve to the river is partially blocked. not an issue for our kayaks, not great for boat owners. BBQ hadn't been cleaned, nor the grill racks in kitchen. For the rest cleanliness was beyond excellent.

We loved our stay at Esprit. It was really comfortable for our group. Very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Bathrooms are really large and the wardrobes in every bedroom helped keep everyone tidy. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you

The location was fantastic; quiet and serene and the layout of the house was excellent. Had all the required facilities and the bathroom fittings and the white goods were of high quality. Cleanliness was very good.

Quite a few millipedes appeared from several places on the floor and it would have been even better if this was looked into.

The house was so well set out, modern and very, very clean. Plenty of space. Loved the big oven, the table for the family to sit around, talk and play games. The kitchen was well set out and had plenty of utensils. Garbage was also well organised. The house was a good location to walk to town. The little room off the kitchen between it and the garage was great as that is where we put all our bits and pieces that we bought and didn'tget mixed up with house items, although we did accidentally come home with one container. Kids had a great time playing in the backyard. Good location. Thanks for a great stay.

Only thing there were no tea towels which we thought was strange as everything else was supplied and well thought of. Figured they got missed. Bought a couple and left them. My husband tripped a couple of times stepping up from the side path to the outdoor area and wondered whether a mark on the concrete would help visually.
