There are only 2 elevators of relatively small capacity for the hotel, serving 15 floors. This unfortunately leads to long waiting times, often having to skip 1-2 rides at periods of high traffic.

I liked the location and that everything in the hotel looked brand new

I didn’t like the size of the room especially the queen bed room was very small but the twin bed room was kind of acceptable

Localizado perto da Estação de Tokyo. Relação Preço e Espaço do Quarto foi bom levando em consideração a cidade.

Entrada do hotel. Os taxis não encontravam ou não conheciam o hotel, e sim a de Ginza, perto de lá. Os funcionários são muito protocolares e educados, mas bem menos atenciosos que em Osaka ou em Kyoto.

I particularly liked the location of Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi - 8 minute (mostly underground) walk to Tokyo station, 5 min walk to Kyobashi metro, 10 min walk to Ginza and 15/20 min walk to Emperial Palace & Gardens. I have also stayed in Shinjuku which maybe more lively but also very crowded with Tourists. It was a please to come back after a full day of exploring Tokyo to the peace & quiet of Kyobashi.

I liked everything.

The room was clean and tidy. The sets of pajamas provided for two nights were soft and comfortable. Location was good as you can go into Tokyo Station via underpass (exit 24) if you turn left after coming out of the hotel. If you turn right, you will pass Meidiya supermarket (very nicr) and proceed to Ginza. The hotel staff, from the reception (all receptionists were very good and fluent in English), to the breakfast staff (very kind, attentive to guests’ needs). The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the Japanese breakfast, which was tasty and cooked with care. The complimentary coffee/tea with free biscuits were great too. The complimentary personal items (eg toothbrush, body wash cloth, shavers, etc) were very much appreciated.

There could be more channels on TV.
