Overall I would recommend. The hotel was clean and the rooms are adequate. Location was good.

The bus service to and from Disney. You’re basically stuck at the park all day. Our family loves to go back to the hotel and have a rest or nap, skipping the hottest part of the day. You have to take a Uber or train and walk to do that.

Nice clean hotel with free shuttle service to Tokyo Disney Land and Disney Sea. Room is not huge for my family of 5 but comfortable. Good price for family of 5.

20-30 minutes bus from Disney Land. 3 train stops plus 3 bus stops if come back from Disney.

湯船がなく、残念でした。 また、ディズニーからのシャトルバスの案内が分かりにくい。 結局タクシーでホテルまで行きました。

接客がとてもよく、素敵な気持ちで過ごすことができました！また、ディズニーの曲が流れていたり、ディズニーチャンネルが見れたり、朝のバスではディズニーのナウな情報が聞けたりと、ディズニーに行く方のためのホテルのようでした。

バスの数がかなり少ない点、お風呂の湯船がない点は残念でした。

Great facilities and loved the breakfast

I loved the breakfast with many options from miso soup to fruits. And the staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is super clean and we liked the amenities as well. I would definitely stay here in my next visit to Japan and Disneyland.

Very modern facility, clean, additional toiletries available if needed. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and convenient location (right on the same building).

I booked the hotel for a total of 6 guests, the price of the room said it included breakfast and free-cancellation. However, when checking-in I was told breakfast was only covered for 4 guests, and I had to pay for the other 2.

Clean and affordable

The shuttle bus is only half day to and from disney resort. You have to walk far to shin urayushu station if no shuttle bus

It was the perfect place to stay for 5 people. The hotel breakfast Buffet is the best we have ever had! Highly recommend paying for it as it is such good value and so many meal options. Highly recommend the stay.

Nice location. Convenient shuttle upon going to disneyland & sea. Will definety come back here.

more shuttle bus service from Disneyland is needed. 3 times a day is not enough.

The theming of the room was great and we were extremely happy that there was enough space to access our luggage easily. The beds were really comfortable and we each had access to a side table with USB charging ports and the ability to adjust our lights. Additionally, it was fantastic having Disney TV after returning from the parks. The shuttle bus service was also a huge win and the staff were really friendly in addressing any concerns we had.

There was no bath however the shower and toilet rooms were really clean and functioned well. The main issue we had was that the coin laundry offered at this hotel consists of only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which meant waiting around a lot to be able to use them.

The things seems new. Rooms are tidy and clean. Location is great. Close to Disney Park and Disney Sea. It provides shuttle bus to Disneyland. Staff are with good manner and services. They introduce me shuttle bus schedule and how’s parking work patiently (I was planning to park here and take shuttle to go to park or drive to the park directly)

Not that I am aware of for this price. it is value for money.

I like the spacious bathroom, the shuttle service, the attentiveness of the staff. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The only available room for our family was the one with 2 bunk beds. I just kept bumping my head on the upper deck beds.

Receptionist, helpful with cab. Extended our stay and would stay again!

Vending machine on the 2nd floor is far back

The buffet breakfast is very good, has lots of varieties - both western and Japanese food. There is a waffle machine so you can make you very own fresh waffle. It is close to Disney land and Disney Sea, - just one stop away. Also the hotel has the free shuttle bus to and from the Disney venue. very convenient.

We were allocated a room full of smoky smell at first when we booked a non-smoking room. The staff went to and check, then quickly change the room and give us a real non-smoking room.
