We loved the condo. It was spacious and clean. The beach was nice as well as the water. The beach was not crowded and there was plenty of room to do whatever in the sand. We didn't have to wait in the elevators bc of crowded. The property manager was quick in response and very accommodating!! Two thumbs up!!!

This was a wonderful property! It was just like the pictures advertised- spacious and lovely. The beach area was not crowded at all. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs that were included with the condo. Check-in was easy. Communication was very clear. Loved it! Definitely recommend!

The condo was nice and we enjoyed it but there were some issues. The bedroom with the small balcony does not get good airflow and was hot at night. The ceiling fans rattled unless set on high. Found a pack of cigarettes under the couch. Many lights bulbs were out. The stove light didn’t work. The dishwasher had an unpleasant smell and we tried to use the vacuum and it smelled terrible. The Plazzo as a property is not good. There is no ramp to the beach so I do not know how it is ADA compliant. 3 sets of stairs from the condo to the beach is ridiculous. I will not stay at this place again. I hate to give this review because we did have a great time.

Palazzo is by far our favorite condominium to stay at for a PCB vacation. Less than a mile and a half to Pier Park yet not located in the busy section of the beach. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are perfectly set up for comfort and the balcony is amazing for those sunset nights. We will stay here again for sure. Highly recommend.

Overall a beautiful property. The carpet in the bedrooms is horrible, and its time to replace.

Very quiet facility. Well kept. Excellent layout. Close enough but not in the middle of town. We'd definitely come back to this oroperty.

The property was perfect. It was comfortable, spacious, and stress free. Loved the balcony and the views of the beach. Will definitely be back!

Very roomy! Balcony was so big. There was even a small balcony off one of the bedrooms. I had to call and ask for the garage code even though all correspondence said that would be sent. And even after I called it took a while for them to send it. But I wasn't driving so I could check my phone, but didn't always have access to internet on the back roads. They didn't tell us the code for the fitness center, but I got it from the receptionist in the lobby. The parking garage is tight! Not enough space for two way traffic. The views from the condo were amazing! There was no coffee maker only Keurig. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The fitness center for the building was good enough but lacking in some equipment. Easy beach access!

The property was clean, ease of use was spot on, great all around stay for our family.

Pictures do not do justice to how nice this property is. Good location to access to main shopping area and attractions. Bedding needs to be upgraded (mattresses - pillows and linens) Living room coach needs to be replaced, it’s old and it looks dirty. Other than that I will definitely rent this condo again.

From reserving to checking out was a smooth process. My emails were always answered promptly and the property management was such a sweet lady to work with. The condo was perfect for our family, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool and beach was great and never overly crowded. We will definitely check this property when we come back to PCB.

We were in Panama city for a 40th birthday and had a lovely stay here. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The pool and hot tub was the only thing that felt a little dingy but the the beach is steps away so didnt matter

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in PCB

What a great vacation spot! The first thing you notice when you walk in is the beautiful view. The 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms make staying with a group easy and accommodating. The kitchen is well-equipped. The living room furniture shows some wear but overall the condo is clean. Two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella on the beach are included with the stay. There are boogie boards and beach toys in the closet. Bring your own beach towels. Parking is plentiful BUT very tight. Our large SUV was dented by a neighboring car door. The spaces are very small and packed into the parking garage. The beach is clean and easily accessed.

We stayed here with our 2 kids for spring break. The condo was very nice. We had everything we needed. The pool was nice.

Beautifully decorated, CLEAN, and spacious condo! Enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub, and gym. We all loved our week at Palazzo! Would definitely rent again.

Condo was clean and as described. Beautiful views from unit and balcony. Perfect location - close to amenities yet far enough away to be quiet. Family of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed a lovely vacation. Hope to come back again!

The bed in the 3rd bedroom is a nightmare, so close to the closet that you cannot even use it. I had nice hang up clothes and needed the closet. The balcony & the view were fantastic.

We love our stay at this unit in the Palazzo. It’s becoming our favorite in the area. The property management was so accommodating with us wanting to extend our stay. This is a beautiful unit with gorgeous views. We’ll definitely be back!!

My family and I decided to take a vacation on a whim this year. Being consumed by work and the pandemic, we decided we needed a week of relaxation. I looked at many rooms before landing on this one, and I wasn't sure how it was still available. The condo was unlike any other my family had stayed in. It was absolutely beautiful, especially the wrap-around balcony. I don't have any negative comments to share about the condo but I'll include some of the positives: the condo was spotless, the owners communicated well with us, and there were precautions being taken regarding COVID-19. I felt at ease at this property regarding my health and safety, and I was not ready to go back home after this vacation. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo and would stay here again!

Great property and location. With this rental you get one set of chairs for the beach with this property - first come first serve. Plenty of availability during our stay.
