there was everything what you need for weekend we asked for baby bed and it was given

The apartment was on the first floor, had a balcony, it was very quiet, clean and warm. It had all the necessary items for my stay and the hosts were excellent.

Nothing to dislike.

The gentlemen who welcomed us was extremely punctual and kind. We had an excellent communication from the time of our booking until the time we due to check out. The property was equipped with everything you need and in very good location. There were some signs of wear and tear and broken things but it is completely previous guests fault and we do understand that sometimes the owners just give up to repair or buy new stuff for people who don’t care.

The only downside for us was the cleaning. It wasn’t clean with a standard we expected. When we arrived the sofa was unfolded and ready for sleeping but it wasn’t very comfy so after the first night we decided to use the extra folding single beds provided instead. After folding the sofa back we found dirty socks, popcorn, dust and dirt under it. The kitchen and bathroom were kind of wiped but not cleaned as I think it has to be. The last day we we’re running about 10-15 min late to check out and the cleaning lady knocked on the door looking at us angrily. She didn’t say anything, we do understand she is not speaking English and show her the bags and said her that we are just leaving in 2-3 min, the last bags where in our hands and we needed to put our shoes on. She just turned her eyes on a 180 degrees and literally her body language said that we are rubbish. This wasn’t nice. They need to learn some customer service as well. We do understand not everyone needs to speak our language but would be great if they can learn to mind what their face says too. We do apologise for the 15 min delay to check out.

Was clean ,warm and comfortable. Very close to a market and Mall and not far from bus/team station.

Location close to the centre.

The flat was cleaned inaccurately, there were leaves, mud and cigarette butts on the balcony. The bathroom was only refreshed. Dishwasher tablets were missing. The price was inadequate for the quality.
