It was a smell in the room, which is located in kind of a cellar, so strong that my eyes were bleeding because of it. Internet is super slow and doesn’t work in a room. Personal hardly speak English but they are friendly. The folks didn’t charge me during checkout and I have to send them my card details via plain text (and will issue new card to be safe in the future). It’s not awful but please be careful choosing the hotel.

Nice staff, excellent location for visiting Argentina anf Brazil side of the waterfalls.

1) noise: construction works of a new sewage pipe a few meters from the flat. Then moved to another flat. There, heavy construction noise from tearing down a bilding and removal of material 2) extra charge of 21% on top of the booking.com price was charged.

friendly staff and good location. the place is close to the border and with easy access to restaurants.

the hotel is very overpriced for what it is. the pictures are misleading as the hotel is dated and unkept. the bed was very uncomfortable. the pool is small and they were doing dusty work on pavement near it in the middle of the day. the gym is small and stuffy with no air flow. overall the hotel does not look like in the photos. the food selection for breakfast was also very poor.

Very good maintenance for this big property. Employees are very helpful. One can enjoy the big garden and swimming pool. Some of the houses have their own small pool. The location is good for visit the Iguaçu walls. Good breakfast but the diner need to be improved.

There is no complimentary water in the room. The room size is small

The staff was frendly and helpful. Really good location - 5 minutes walk to "monumeto de 3 fronteras". Good breakfasts.

Large, comfortable, cool room with good facilities. Used the travel desk to arrange trips to Iguazu and taxis to airport. Very helpful and well organised

Had one evening meal which was adequate but not exceptional...an Italian theme.
