What an amazing beautiful Hotel. It was more like living in a cozy family house. Very quite, still in the middle of historical Town of sintra. The breakfast was absolutely great. We were the only couple that booked breakfast, so we had type of personal breakfast. The hotel manager was such a great person, always very helpful, very kind and joyful person. All the other staff also absolutely great.

The location was perfect, in the road to most important turístico places, close to the bus station, food places, commerce

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was spacious and I had my own terrace and a soaking tub. The staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

Location was amazing! Right in the heart of a little historical part of Sintra. The room was huge by European standards with a king bed and beautiful bathroom! The property had a little courtyard with rabbits that you could feed. The beds were very comfortable and there were shutters to block out light! The concierge staff was very friendly and spoke great English!

parking in Sintra is difficult. We managed to find a spot somewhat close by to the property early in the morning, did our day tour of the town and then checked in which worked well!

Felt very comfortable, safe and welcome. Its close to everything and beautiful huge rooms. A step back in time. We love Isabelle's friendliness and ability to make you feel special.

It's a historic house renovated as B&B with just a couple rooms. Location is right in the center of Sintra. 5 mins walk from Regaleira or national palace. A lot of antique furniture and photographs are used in decoration. Rooms have patio when you can relax in the shade. Also hotel has 5 rabbits as gardeners to keep plants in check.

Bathroom was a bit on a small side, which is understandable considering it's a renovated historic house. Entrance to the hotel is well hidden and doesn't have signs. Palacio de Sintra sign is on the street above the green door to the hotel garden which is always closed. The actual entrance to the reception is in the small alley to the left of Fatto da Claudio restaurant. Some signs or intercom to reception would be nice. Otherwise it's hard to find.
