Only one staff during the day. The beds have no mattress cover or protector. Sheet was a low thread count very thin sheet you can see the mattress through and only a flat sheet not a fitted sheet which came undone during the night and you would be partially sleeping on the bare mattress. There are many feedback comments on how difficult it is using GPS to locate the property. This is very true the hotel should provide information to assist as one road is blocked for works.

Frühstück wunderbar auf der Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Wir hatten ein günstiges Zimmer, es war trotzdem geräumig. Herrlich ruhig, nur Vogelgezwitscher und dennoch ganz zentral gelegen. Ein super schönes schwimmbad, großzügige Gartenanlage mit Allee. Ich fühlte mich wie eine Königin in dieser Anlage! Gerne wieder!

Moeilijk te vinden, personeel groot deel van de tijd afwezig, ontbijt werd niet goed aangevuld, we moesten het doen met de restjes. Onze koffer verzonden door een luggagedriver was niet aangenomen, terwijl er een tag met de juiste naam aan de koffer zat. We werden op een nare manier door de manager te woord gestaan.

Staying in this hotel is like staying in a Mansion from the old times. With its beautiful garden, vintage-inspired rooms, and the architecture of the buildings around you, it is like a dream. The location is within walking distance of most popular spots and still, you are in this big peaceful garden of the hotel and isolated. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in my life.

Unfortunately, the quality of the hotel does not match its beauty. The hotel is very beautiful, but nothing special to improve your overall experience. Small details would make that place 10/10. These are not deal breakers but would be great to have. No complimentary water, no coffee machine, or tea in the rooms. You have a nice balcony or a terrace but no coffee machine to enjoy it with a cup of tea. No welcome drinks, pastries, etc. Breakfast is poor and bland. The coffee in the breakfast is absolutely bad. I believe it is a powder coffee. Fruits were not on the quality side either. It might be better to have breakfast at another place if it is not part of the room price. Finding the hotel by car is also pretty difficult. I can see that some other people gave the same comment before me, however seems like nobody cares about it, as it would be great to have some instructions from the hotel before our visit.

The property is great the service was amazing. Mr Rui Campos was really nice and helpful. He recommended and reserved places to eat and he was friendly and attentive all the time. The room was huge and comfortable
