This property certainly gives the wow factor!…absolutely superb home..built with so much thought and imagination…really cosy yet lots of space at same time…we were a group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers..we had so much fun in this very special home..spent most of time in the huge kitchen with open turf fire ..surround sound was fantastic and greatly appreciated!!!…Martin our host was so welcoming and friendly and very kindly had fire lit in kitchen when we arrived on an extremely wet and miserable Thursday afternoon..he also gave us opportunity to order food to the house if we didn’t want to cook…house was super clean with everything you could imagine for a stay away from home…we will always remember our stay here and most certainly recommend to family and friends …everyone must visit Rosehill House…it’s very special!

We loved everything about Rosehill House!

Booked Rosehill House for a two nights for family getaway. There were 7 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space for all. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, clean and relaible facilities. Marty the owner was very welcoming and hospitable. He opened the private bar for us on the first night and arranged for a local couple to make traditional bread and butter on the open fire, which was delicious and something the kids could get involved in. Easy access to Stewartstown, Dungannon and Cookstown for local shops bars and restaurants.

Very unique place too stay..and host brilliant.

We got a very nice welcome, even with the late arrival. Hospitality was perfect and complete in a nice atmosphere. The host was reasonably very proud of what they achieved in realizing this accommodation, the house is built in perfect style many reasons to come back!

Owners of the property were very accommodating and really friendly, very comfortable and breakfast was great. Would recommend.
