Nu îmi place aroganta recrptionerului când i-m zis că este gălăgie cu copiii lângă camera mea! Nu a vorbit cu familia respectivă și am luat decizia de a pleca mai devreme fiind zgomot în jur!

Bed was small and a bit uncomfortable, and the heat was too strong in the room, making it uncomfortably hot half the time.

We returned to the Safrano palace after four years to celebrate our anniversary and weren't disappointed. Thankfully, it had survived covid and was equally delightful. The decor is lovely, the bed is comfy and the breakfast tasty. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff attended to every we needed. The location couldn't have been better. We visited during the holiday celebrations and watched the Christmas lights switch on from our room, which overlooked the square. There were little bears outside all the windows, too.It was like a fairy tale 🧚‍♀️

The lounge could be put to better use. We would probably have used it in the evenings if it had been open. Perhaps something to think about in the future 🤔

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful, the instructions for check-in were clear and communication was excellent. The location is exceptional, right on the square with views of the Christmas market. We will be back!
