We spent great time in the appartment. It's very interesting how it's constructed and decorated. Just a street away from the black church.

With an excellent location, feet away from the Black Church in the heart of the Old Town, this apartment would already be a gem. But its interesting architecture, with tall ceilings, spiral staircase leading up to the loft, suspended kids' bed within the loft, and "museum" display in the upstairs bathroom delighted both children and adults. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, the linens were clean, and the owners were welcoming and responsive, all of which made for a very enjoyable stay in Brasov for us.

Everything was perfect

Super cosy, especially the upstairs bedroom, which is very nice with the brick wall and the bathroom next to it. A great place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is no internet connection upstairs, and the kitchen equipment is not great if you really want to cook something.

The location is excellent, easy access to pretty much the whole city and nearby cities. The apartment was also pretty comfortable.

The whole check in process was a nightmare. They didn’t share the door code with us, so we had to stay in the streets until they finally answered the phone. The check in time on Booking was 14:00, but when we arrived there (at 14:00) they informed us that the check-in was actually at 15:00 and nothing could be done for us. When I tried to explain to him that the information on the website was wrong, the man who answered the phone screamed at me that “he would not be talking to me anymore since I clearly wasn’t understanding the policy”. He then proceeded to scream once more, saying that “I was wrong and he knows the policy and that the check in was at 15:00” and threatened to cancel our reservation. We manage to send screenshots showing the time on Booking, which he then explained that this was an old policy of the place and that starting from January onwards the check in was at 15:00. We had a doubt during our stay and they ignored all of the messages we sent via whatsapp. The main shower head was not functioning properly, so we had to use the small one, which made a mess since the bathroom and kitchen floors were soaked.

The apartment is comfort with well decorated & furnished. The location is really good, very close to the central town, yet quiet and peace. Host is very nice and helpful.

It was not so easy to find the front gate, more brief indication would be much appropriated.

the apartments were lovely. 1 minute walk from the historic center. Of course, it’s hard to find parking, but it’s possible, automatic parking does not cause problems. There was almost everything in the apartment, the stove did not work and there was no microwave, so it was not possible to warm up the food, but this is not critical, there are many establishments around and you can have a great breakfast. I hope to be happy to return there again!

the coffee machine does not work quite normally, you need to move the compartment and find the position when it turns on. there is nothing to heat food. at the entrance in the kitchen area there are decorative leaves of flowers that have not been washed for a very long time! but I think the owner will read these comments and fix it! It's not worth lowering the rating!

Very nice and cozy apartment! Close to the old town

The wifi signal upstairs wasn't strong enough sometimes.

The location is perfect if you want to explore the Old Town. The bed was super comfy and had clean sheets. The apartment was quiet, warm and cozy. I loved all the wooden elements. The bathroom upstairs was pretty dope (room 103).

We couldn't use one of the downstairs shower starting day one. The water gathered quickly and escaped the shower, under the bathroom door and out in the hallway, so we had to take turns upstairs. The water had no in between, it was either super hot or freezing cold. You could make it work but it took some time. The wooden floors make terrible sounds. If you wake up at night to use the toilet you're sure to wake everyone up unless they're heavy sleepers. Thick layer of dust everywhere (even on chairs I wanted to use, but frankly I'm not there to wipe the dust). We kept asking the landlord to come take our money (as we didn't want to leave such a large sum lying around), and they only did that on the last day and last minute when we just wanted to leave. Check-in was kind of slow too.

It was an amaizing place, really nice and confortable.

The place is functional and well decorated - with style. Wood and brick mix nicely. Beds are good, two levels, a bathroom on each, the place is calm at night.

All was ok. No negative point.

Very clean and cozy

The check-in was a little bit disappointed because we didn't all the info at the check-in hour. We needed to wait half an hour until the owner answered at his phone to have the entry code.

The studio is amazing, original design, have kitchen and all necessary to prepare your own food, very comfortable bed and pillows.
