i liked everything the spa, pool, resturants and the room

some of the staff were not friendly

There is an idea that when the high management is of a high level, the workers they have are of a high level, but I was surprised by the service that was indifferent and not on the efficiency of the hotel and the reputation that I was accustomed to... at this hotel I preferred to speak to higher management rather than workers.

I was there for one day to celebrate my birthday .. I arrived and booked the restaurant at the hotel .. Surprises after several recommendations and repetition that my children would like to celebrate me .. Surprises that I received the bill before the cake and the service at all times was substandard, slow and indifferent, which only made me upset and went to sleep disappointed .. they did make it up next day w small cake and candle at breakfast but I want in diff mood & not as excited ..

the hotel allows pets which is not appropriate if they are close and next to your room .

Definitely a 5-star hotel: - The property and the views are beautiful, located uphill, about 7 mins by car from center of Megeve, you get a free shuttle that takes you to and from the center so that was cool - The rooms are spacious, the terrace is an added bonus - The staff are amazingly friendly and the concierge are extremely helpful, helped us plan our entire stay and managed to make things work even if it were last-minute changes

The one negative thing that I could think of is the value of money, you will need a budget to explore the activities
