The lounge, bedroom & bathroom were excellent. Netflix was a nice bonus. Great place for some-one needing to be near the Hospital.

We were not impressed when we read the Welcome details: The Front Entrance Door is a shared access with upstairs Apartment... Your accommodation is the downstairs apartment and is for your exclusive use.... ....And we did not like the kitchen being at one end of the double garage

The facilities provided were very clean and quite sufficient for our needs - maintained as new. We were met by the owner on arrival who showed us through. As the weather was hot, having shaded areas outside that you could sit and relax was a real bonus.

No aircon in the bedroom (a fan was provided though). Missed the 2 x single beds bit too (my fault). Not a pretty location in south Tauranga, but it is what it is - being picky.

Great roomy multi-room apartment just off Cameron Rd. Comfortable beds, powerful shower, separate dining and cooking areas. Offroad parking. Mary, the host, was lovely.

Before we left our home, Mary made contact to advise that she could meet my special request. I have a chronic condition and Mary was so generous in providing the extra support. Mary met us as we arrived, and was so kind. This was an exceptional experience. I hope that we come back again. Thank you very much, Mary 😍

Truelly a quiet Oasis off a busy Main road in Tauranga South. Very clean and comfortable with everything one could require. Friendly helpful hostess.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. There is a lovely garden where we could sit and read and visit with friends. We could walk to stores nearby. Our hostess, Mary, was lovely and very helpful. We definitely will stay there again when we return to Tauranga!

Comfy bed, nice quiet space

I loved everything about Mary's place.. She has thought of everything a traveller needs for a comfortable stay. She is a very friendly and welcoming host and I had the best night's sleep in months.

I can't find a single fault with this accommodation.
