Good location in proximity to transport hub

Host does not live nearby and does not answer phone calls very often. We could not receive invoice after our stay there so had problems with expense report

The checking in arrangements a bit chaotic. We had a late arrival and were met in at the station by our host which was amazing. However we were offered a different apartment which was central to Trondheim (good) but in a rather grim building (not so good).

It was very varm outdoors - 30 degrees. I was worried that the apartment would be boiling hot. It was not. The indoor tempertature was perfect. The bedrooms especially were cold and we sleept perfectly. The kitchen was really easy to use. The owner was really nice and gave us excellent advice. The cleaning was impeccable, everything was really clean.

We have nothing to complain about.

Old man who runs the place is friendly, but that’s about all this place has going for it

In a beat up old building that doubles as social housing. Front is currently a construction site (June 2022), and the place is overall shabby and dodgy. It felt dirty and uncomfortable.

Nice place, and easy too find. parking right outside apartment. we really enjoy our stay. if we ever in Trondheim agsin, we will come back.

Central location is okay.

You pay for the apartment and you don't get a receipt! An absolute problem for business trips. Even after 2 emails, at least 2 calls and a personal address, you don't get a receipt. It's not serious in any way.

Spacious apartment with big rooms, fully equipped kitchen, very clean and helpful and friendly staff. Daily cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen.

The kitchen table was only suitable for four people although the apartment is for six. Smaller bath tub than on pictures.

Big apartment with separate kitchen, living room and comfortable bed.

The bathroom is too small and the shower area is not separated from the rest, which makes a big mess, as the entire bathroom gets soaked with water. The location of the apartment is very run down and feels like a bad area of the city, and parking is very difficult. Also, there is no hotel lobby, which can be very inconvenient for guests.

The heating was not working properly. Due to this problem, I caught a bad cold and and got ill during my stay. Staff were not available.

Location of this apartment is not as assessable as it is made out to be. Please note that is is not a hotel, but an apartment that is taken care of by a caretaker. So don’t expect more than someone opening the main door of the building and giving you the keys. It is also not possible to drop off your luggage if you arrive before 10 am although the caretaker of the place is in the building. We got a confirmation from booking.com that our request to check in was between 8-9 am. When we arrived at 8.30 am, the caretaker told us to wait til 10 am before he can help us/ allow us to just drop off our luggage although he was in the building. We had to wait til 10 am sharp before we can call to get him to open the main door for us just to drop our bags off. Otherwise, the stay in the apartment was good.

The wood floor was recently lacquered and the smell was very dense/uncomfortable and maybe toxic making me feel a strange dizziness the next morning.

Big kitchen, nice bedroom.

As we made a plan to come to Trondheim on Wednesday i made a reservation in advance on Monday. When we arrived to the address of the hotel. I called to the reception, lady picked up the phone and told me, we cannot stay in the hotel, because its fully booked and we have to go to the center. Since we booked this hotel cuz of free parking and we had some plans in the area, we didn’t want to go to the center. Lady said she is 100m from the hotel and she will come. In few minutes receptionist came, different person i assumed, and again same story about fully booked hotels in the whole city, we can go to the center. After long forcing and discussion we’ve got an apartment. Wow

Nice rooms

Hard to find. Late arrival time was inconvenient. Had to wait to be let in.

Good location, spacious, 3 separate bedrooms, good size livingroom, modern and clean.

Bad managment. No reception or welcome. Came in the busy morning rush to get paid. But didn't manage to get us a receipt. Still waiting 2 weeks after our stay. Very unprofessional.
