I love the breakfast buffet with so many options of food :) I also love the location, is very close to Nidaros Church and easy to walk anywhere downtown Trondheim. Our room was spacious and comfortable to travel with a baby. The separate room gave our baby it’s own dark, quite space to sleep while us parents watched a movie and had food in the living room :)

The bathrooms were ok, maybe a bit old and need a little modern touch. There was no electric outlet. I couldn’t fix my hair.

The location was excellent (close to the cathedral, restaurants, and Bakklandet). The price was good considering the great location. Breakfast was good. The staff are nice. They honored my request for a quiet room (top floor not overlooking the busiest street), though we did not get an inner courtyard view which was on my reservation printout. The one-bedroom unit we stayed in had a small fridge and microwave oven. They have food to buy in the lobby (handy for people who arrive late). They have laundry and ironing rooms that guests can use, though you have to ask for access at the reception desk. The closest parking garage DOES take American credit cards (some parking machines in Norway do not). You can pay for parking there right before you leave (the machine is on the second floor down, which is where you should also park).

No bathmat or face cloths. No cutlery in their so-called kitchenette, so we used our own. (You might be able to borrow some at the reception desk.) The microwave oven sits on a stool that is too small for it. They should provide a small, sturdy table. They call their coffee table a dining table, which it is not. Water leaked from the shower area onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use up some of our paper towels to wipe the floor. The shower temperature kept varying somewhat. The bed was firmer than I liked, though I usually prefer a softer-than-average bed so most people would probably find it comfortable. The white, opaque shade on the window didn't block much light. The room was warmer than I liked in the evenings (though perfect in the mornings).

I do not know how this hotel is ranked 4 star hotel?! There was no mnibar/refrigerator at room, no view. Lats of noice late at night. Not good breakfast. Just few food

Staff seemed a little unfriendly Bathroom could have designed better. Shower walls touched the sink and the toilet. Water leaked from under the shower walls and unto the bathroom floor

Breakfast: Nice. Beds: Excellent. Calm/quiet in the whole hotel.

More types white vine in glass- Chardonnay would I prefer.

Breakfast was comparable to more expensive hotels, it included gluten free options . Staff was super nice.

The bed comforter was thin and small. I’d prefer something wider and heavier. It was coming out from the cover.

Great size of the rooms, very comfy beds! Tv with chromecast was a big bonus:) Breakfast was good, with a decent range of options. Quiet, short walking distance to the city center.

Took a while to get warm water in the shower. Didn’t bother me too much.

I felt the staff wanted to help as much as they could to ensure my stay was as good as it could be. I appreciated the extra service, the friendliness and felt very relaxed there.

I would have liked a bigger bed.
