Location right in the city centre, room size, breakfast. Not too noisy thanks to the windows.

The light switch for the bathroom is badly placed behind the door when it’s open. We had to ask for our room to be done at 3:30pm when it was pouring down with rain and we wanted to rest. The cleaning lady forgot the mugs. Only one wooden stirrer and no spoons for the tea and coffee.

Love the location. It's smack in the middle of the city. Parking was easy to get in Torget P-House

When checking in at 20.30 in the evening after 2 days we were all eager to get a shower. The drainage of the shower was however blocked so water was pouring out on the floor. Called the reseption and he couldn't do anything until the next day. He told us that he should fix it so we didn't have to pay for the first night because of the inconvenience. Housekeeping managed to get it the blockage out the next day. However during checkout the reseptionmanager didn't give us the first night for free even if they had promised me that. I was only given a 500,- nok credit instead of the 2000,- that I had paid for the room. Not happy with that and because of that decision I will probably never choose that hotel again in Trondheim.

Nice hotel, comfy bed with big pillows, and really nice breakfast. Good place for a short stay.

The front desk staff did not answer our questions about parking in the garage correctly. We had to ask someone who was parking in the garage on where to park and the next day on how to pay for parking. The room was very small and bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen - probably half the size of most hotel bathrooms. Couldn't sit straight on the toilet because the shower was soo close (and so was the wall facing the toilet!
