The staff, the room, breakfast and parking.

The exercise room could use a bit of updating, and i/we noticed people who were not guests being invited and let in from the outside into the pool area.

The staff handle the reservation was very rude, no idea what they were doing. The gave the wrong room, asked me to come back after 4:oopm for check in when the reservation received said 3:00pm check in. Very bad from the beginning.

That breakfast ended at 9:30 I only got 2 pieces of egg and potatoes

I liked the location of the Hotel and the friendly staff. Plenty of space to move around, pool was nice. Breakfast was really good and plenty of options. I have to say best complementary breakfast we've had.

What we didn't like was that we requested to have room service daily as we traveled with 2 toddlers, we stayed 3 nights 4 days and no room service at all. We had the hotel maintenance help us with trash and towel exchange. We also had no sleep 2 nights due to antz on the beds. Another thing is the transitions from carpet to flooring in the room were a bit concerning as the children took their shoes off and there were missing parts of the transition molding and if you were to step on them would definitely get hurt. Also we did not get a sofa bed like we booked and there are no vents in the bathroom. They offered a rolling bed that we never got.

Location and that they offered complimentary breakfast.
