This property was amazing! Beautiful views and excellent location! We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets each night by the pool. We were able to explore many surrounding areas of LA during our stay - Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Burbank (Warner Brothers), Glendale, Griffith Park, downtown (Crypto Arena for concert), Santa Monica and Malibu. Excellent communication with Stay Awhile Villas - highly recommend!

This was our first time traveling as a family to California and was an amazing experience thanks to Stay Awhile. This property has the best and most amazing views you can imagine at all times of the day. The host was amazing and also easily reachable if we needed anything. The place was super clean and the amenities were on another level. Pool and spa were heated so we took advantage of it everyday no matter the weather outside. The neighborhood is top of the line with 24 hrs security driving around and amazing celebrity neighbors. This will not be the last time we stay here. The movie theater is a super plus and that’s were we spent a lot of our time in. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to see you again in the future. Highly RECOMMENDED‼️

This house was awesome. The location at the top of Beverly Hills was incredible—a quiet street, easy 10-15 minute access to Sunset Blvd, Rodeo Drive and just ~25 minutes from Universal Studios and Paramount. With no traffic early in the morning, we got back to Burbank airport in 22 minutes.
I’ve stayed at many short-term rentals and this BY FAR is the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had. When I’m in LA, I’ll look to rent one of Stay Awhile’s properties first before considering others (and we’ll rent this one again!).

Family of four staying for week and checking out Disney a few days. Hour drive to Disney but all the amenities of Beverly Hills / West Hollywood near by. View is better than pictured when sky is clear. Movie theater was nice add we were not expecting. 2000s / early 2010 styling but still very modern and very posh house!

Had a wonderful stay up in the Hills. The team that manages the property could not have been more helpful. The house is as nice as in the pictures, particularly the pool and the view. Location is an easy hop to the restaurants and shops in and around Beverly Hills. Highly Recomend.

The views alone made this an outstanding property! The location was fantastic, close to everything in Beverly Hills, the movie room was a big hit with the kids. Thanks for a great stay!
