We all had a great time at Terry and Liz’s villa, it had everything you could need and was in a good location, Carvoeiro is a lovely place to stay with a great choice of places to eat. The pool was very clean and there was plenty of outdoor seating, air conditioning was a god send as it was very hot! We would recommend this villa to families etc, good idea to have a car if you want to explore further afield but taxis are good and only about 6 euros down into town. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday. The villa was perfect in every respect for our family of 7. The reality was so much better than the photos. The outside area was wonderful: very large, well maintained pool (which was cleaned twice during the week), the patio with 6 sun loungers which was in sun for the WHOLE day and evening, a lovely outside dining area with large table and evening sun, and a number of comfy seating areas (both in the sun and in the shade). The gardens were very well kept and so peaceful. The villa was huge, extremely clean and had everything we could want. The villa was located in a quiet residential area, it took us about 25 minutes to walk into town (the walk was not particularly pleasant in the heat of the day, especially the walk back as there is a hill). However, this did not put us off and we walked into town a number of evenings. But I must say we enjoyed the evenings we spent dining in the Villa best. We were extremely pleased with everything and had a wonderful holiday and would love to visit again. Excellent property. So many different sitting and eating areas. Sun and shade all day for everyone to make their own choice. Brilliant!

where do I start,the property was a dream to stay at.we loved oiur short stay at this villa.everything is catered for and its like home from home.we would move and live there tomorrow.lovely and clean and looked after by various local people to make sure you have a great time.just far enough away to be quiet but an easy walk of twenty mins into town for a great night out.pool is warm and clean and a great place to spend your days.we will be back soon.

Very nice villa ,modern, clean & very relaxing, only slight problem which got sorted was pool heating not quite hot enough for our taste. Overall brilliant stay.

My family and I stayed at the villa during August 2017. The villa was beautiful and spacious with wonderful rooms and a fantastic terrace. It's quite a challenge taking four young boys on holiday, but the villa was so well equipped, it made things a lot easier for my husband and I. The large kitchen has everything you would need in addition to further useful things like an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, washing machine and dryer. The pool and various seating areas are wonderful and provide a relaxing and spacious home during your holiday. The location is perfect as it is close to Carveiro, Ferragudo, Albufeira, Slide and Splash Water Park and Silves. Terry and Liz are extremely helpful owners and ensured that we received lots of information beforehand. We would love to return to this lovely villa.Jones Family, August 2017.
