The price and new building

The sofa bed wasn’t set, we had to do it on our own. Sofa doesn’t look very clean and one of the towels has a small hole.

Ein Badezimmer hinter einer Glaswand direkt im Zimmer war schon etwas ungewöhnlich. Aber es gab einen blickdichten Vorhang. Einen Spüllappen haben wir nicht gefunden. Aber es gab eine Spülmaschine.

Bed was uncomfortable to get in and out of, and creaked in the bed frame. It was hard to get around the sides of the bed.

Great place with high ceilings and great interior, awesome house... in the middle of the city. Close to the park.

Coffee machine would be great. Paid parking on the streets, but free on weekends.

The location was great for what I needed, with many restaurants around and a quick link to the office I was visiting. The building is beautifully renovated and the entrance to homewell apartments was very luxurious.

The apartment wasn't perfectly clean. There were dirty socks in the wardrobe and only one hanger to hang my clothes. As this was a business trip I had a few things to hang and couldn't. The iron provided was rusty and as soon as I turned it on it started pouring rusty water. The fridge was extremely loud and would turn on and off making it hard to fall asleep. The bathroom is very stylish but there was no place to hang towels or other items. The other thing that was inconvenient was the entrance code to the apartment itself. It was very long and hard to memorise so every time I got back I had to take out my phone to look up the code.

Very nice location. At that price point probably by far the best option for a modern feeling apartment in the area.
