The house and area were very nice. The hosts checked i. On us during our stay. We have never had that happen before and appreciated it. We left a few things, and our host was nice enough to mail them to us. I can't say enough nice things about how these hosts treat their guests. We will definitely stay with them again.

This was our first trip and it was amazing! The cabin had everything we needed and the owner was always available! We will be back!!

Wonderful location with loads of privacy! Our family included 4 adults and 4 teens who loved the loft game room and bedroom along with easy access to the clubhouse pool just a short walk from our cabin. The cabin was clean, and beds are comfortable. WIFI was great. The owner Kim always responded quickly to any questions prior to arrival and was super nice to allow us to use the pool since we got to the cabin a bit earlier then check-in after 9 long drive hours and on a very hot day it was a blessing for sure. The local grocery store IGA and Dollar General nearby was adequate but pricey. Take some time to drive to Kroger or Walmart if you have a large group to feed as we did for a week. I highly recommend a day of tubing at River Rats which was a mere 6 min from the cabin. We even got to see a young bear on the roadway out! The location is also perfect to enjoy the scenic drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for more fun and attractions. Overall, the experience was wonderful and felt like a home away from home.

This house was perfect for us. We like to spend more time in the park itself rather all the things in pigeon forge. This location, however, was close enough to the park but not too far from the other attractions either. Our teens loved being close to the pool too!

Nice spacious cabin. Comfortable beds. Close to shops/restaurants in Townsend. Owners were very nice and stayed in contact. Great getaway!!

We spent 5 nights in the cabin and loved every moment. The beds were comfy, sitting out on the patio in the rocking chairs was perfect. It’s nicely located in Townsend and we felt close to any place we needed or wanted to go.

Host communication was great!

This was a great experience for the whole family! The cabin was roomy and had EVERYTHING we could need! There was 8 of us including two babies and we all enjoyed our stay. The owners were easy to communicate with and were extremely nice. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Nice family vacation. It was clean though the furniture is a little outdated and mattresses were not super comfortable. Some family members did get spider bites inside but I mentioned it to the owner and I think they’ll take care of it. The owners are very nice. The location has great porches and great atmosphere. Nice pool nearby. Pool table was lots of fun for everyone. The craft brewery was amazing!! Great food!!

Loved the cabin - homey but with a woodsy feel! It came with toilet paper, shower and hand soap, garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. Favorite part was sitting under the covered porch at night - there were enough sitting places for all of us! Wse also had fun playing pool one night and our daughter enjoyed the community pool as well. We didn't use the hot tub but loved the set up. It was a good drive time-wise to the various trails we wanted to hit in the Smokies but no one complained because of the great scenery to enjoy on the way. Small grocery store and a couple of cute eating establishments are super close by (along with a Pizza Hut for those that miss chain food). If I had to point out the only downside... I really missed was our easy-to-wash frying pan - the one in the cabin required a lot of scrubbing. Overall - a great experience and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great cabin!

Our family met for a long weekend. This cabin had all that we needed and more. We hope to come back next year.

My friends and I were going to be in the area and wanted to stay together. This cabin was the perfect size, was cheaper for us all to stay together like this, and the cahin was centralized between the wedding venue and gatlinburg/pigeon forge making it perfect for a weekend vacation as well. The owners were great and made sure everything was available and taken care of before we arrived. Definitely recommend.

This is an amazing property and we enjoyed it immensely. All was as advertised. There was nothing missing. It was comfortable and very clean.

The house is close to other properties but after we got in the house it really did seem like we were on our own. A great rustic cabin close to town and the National Park.

When we got there we thought that the cabin would be a nice place, but in fact it was a way above our expectations!!! The pictures posted on VRBO can not show the full beauty of it. The jacuzzi was awesome and the cabin was cozy and clean. We loved every single part of the cabin. It made our trip even more great! Kim is absolutely amazing, and really helped us on everything that we needed. location is also very convenient if you want to enjoy 45 minutes of breath taken views on the way to Gatlinburg.

From the booking to checkout Kim was wonderful. This was the perfect place for my family to continue our 55+ year tradition of spending Christmas together!

Nice cozy cabin for a family getaway. Close to attractions and to the national park. We appreciated being on the quiet side of the Smoky Mountains.

Absolutely awesome!! 5 STARS! Beautiful cabin with so much space for just my boyfriend and I however it was well worth it! We felt so at home there. Everything was so clean, plenty of linens and different types of beds to accommodate different comfort levels. After a long day we enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi tub in our bedroom. The bed was so comfortable! We cooked a little in the kitchen, everything we needed was there and if you have any questions Kimberly is an amazing hostess! She responds quickly and in detail. The outdoor hot tub is great!! It was well prepared for us in advance. Although we wanted to be a little more secluded this place is still in a perfect location. You can see 2 neighbors on 2 sides but you are not on top of one another and the cabin is pretty surrounded by trees. The outdoor hot tub has it’s own little covered gazebo so it’s private and could still be used if it’s raining. It was very quiet. We loved the location! It was 30 minutes into town (Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg). The road is paved and the property is very close to the main road. We were very close to the “quiet side” of the National Park and a total of 20 min drive into Cades Cove inside the park) which is a must! Especially if you only have a short amount of time to spend in the park. We saw plenty of bears and the scenery is gorgeous in October!! When it rained we went to the Tuckaleechee Caverns which is a 5 min drive away! So the cabin is in a great quiet location away from the hustle bustle yet only a 30min drive IF you want to venture out. We LOVED this cabin! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Kim!

We had a wonderful stay on the peaceful side of the park! Kimberly was a great host, responded quickly and provided an excellent reprieve from the busyness of life. The hot tub was great in the evenings and we spent a good bit of time on the back porch just enjoying the quiet. Thank you!
