If you are a light sleeper, know that the bedroom with a king bed gets very bright at dawn.

Lori & Rick were amazing hosts from booking until departure. They provided detailed instructions and directions that were easy to follow. Prior to our trip we asked if they happen to have a suit steamer. Lori wrote back a bit later with a picture of a brand-new steamer she purchased and placed in the condo for our use. Our first morning there, the coffee pot died. We messaged Lori that morning and by noon she had purchased and delivered a new coffee pot. She even left $10 on the counter to pay for the coffee we had at Kind Coffee, which she recommended. The condo was amazing. Fully stocked with everything we needed, and the king bed was so comfortable. The views from the Condo were amazing. The location was perfect. Just 1 mile to downtown restaurants and shopping. About a 20-minute walk downhill or a five-minute drive. The walk back to the condo is mostly uphill. Only a two-minute walk across the street to the Black Canyon Resort wedding venue. An easy 20-minute drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park RMNP Beaver Meadows Entrance, or a 10-minute drive to the RMNP Fall River Entrance. If you like to hike, the condo is just a couple minute drive to the RMNP Lumpy Ridge Trailhead with moderate hikes to Gem Lake and The Twin Owls. A five-minute drive to the Estes Park Visitors Center where you can take a leisurely 4-mile walk around Lake Estes, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great! Not far from town and a quick walk to the wedding venue at Black Canyon Inn. Communication with owner was great and they were quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!

The property was super nice, clean and in a perfect location! The condo was everything you could hope for, but you come there for the views, and it did not disappoint! They were spectacular, especially seeing the view of the twin owls on the opposite mountain range! Will definitely be back!

I left a vm and emailed the property manager, but never received a response. The owner sent access codes and instructions and was very helpful and responsive when I contacted her directly.
The unit has a good layout to accommodate 5-6 people comfortably. The furnishings are dated and well used but adequate. There are patterned shower curtains instead of drapes which cheapen the unit. The location is across the parking lot from the Black Canyon Inn, so proximity to the Inn if one is attending an event clearly makes up for any interior shortcomings. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here! Has everything you need including a few board games which came in handy. The space is maybe a little smaller than it appears in pictures and not as much natural light as I had hoped, but overall the space worked well for us and we had a great stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a 20 minute walk to downtown and around a 15-20 minute drive to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. My only recommendation for an improvement is to make sure the check-out instructions in the binder located at the property are also listed in the email notification. There are extra steps the owner requests us to do that I almost didn't. I only noticed because I glanced at the binder when we were leaving. I assumed all the required check-out instructions would be in the section of the email that listed check-out instructions so I hadn't read the binder.

Below is a running list I started on a 3 night trip at the property. Bottom line, not cleaned or maintained well enough to enjoy all amenities.
I asked the property manager 3 days before we showed if they had a coffee grinder, he said yes. Show up and no coffee grinder, c’mon man! Tried to contact him during the stay and no response.
Kitchen under cabinet lighting out
Microwave light out
No blinds on shower window ( I don’t care, but my wife does)
No closet space
No place to hang up cloths
No dressers to put cloths in
Coffee cups dirty
Water Glasses dirty
Plates dirty
Floors had hair and spare change from last guests.
Crumbs on all of the dining chairs
Dirty Pillow Case with buggers on it
Mold on top of shower calk
Have fun. Not what I expected for this price.

This is a great condominium and was my first ever VRBO. It was a great experience, excellent pre-communication and information and the property was everything advertised and more. Clean, spacious and everything provided that you could need for a stay. Superb location right. literally less than 2 miles from downtown, the grocery store and easy access to RMNP. A herd of elk walked right by the condominium during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay in Estes Park
My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to RMNP and the stores and restaurants of Estes Park. While just minutes away from town, it’s very quiet and peaceful with great views. Thanks for providing us with everything we needed for an amazing experience.

We loved the location, close to downtown, grocery store, the other entrance to RMNP. Wasn’t a fan of the other neighbors staying in same housing structure. Property could have been cleaner. Pretty pricey in my opinion… realize it’s in a hotspot tourist location though.

The place is as discribed. Very clean and had little extra touches. The beds are very soft and the place has no air conditioning. Amazing stay. They resort has a wedding venue on-site and was at times hard to sit outside because of the noise. Parking only was a concern during the wedding events as our assigned spots were taken. The hosts are amazing and I would recommend them
