Stayed over the weekend to attend Nans 80th birthday party and the property was amazing plus we were able to take our small furbaby with us which was a huge plus the accommodation had everything we needed and the location was right by the lake great spot Thanks Linda

This property is beautifully presented and close to all facilities at its location. The owner has gone to great lengths to provide everything for a great getaway or holiday. It is modern and very comfortable, close to the water very peaceful.

The area is very nice and the house is lovely, very keen for a revisit

Location is really good which is near the lake and pets are welcome to stay. Some items in the fridge and in the kitchen like milk are past its best before date though which I would suggest for the owner to check and remove instead. I would also suggest to allow EV users to charge their car in the premises and maybe just have an standard surcharge for those who want to charge their cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place especially for travellers who have their pets with them.

This property (Deckadence) is in a good location ,short walk to shops and waters edge. It is well catered for and has everything that you would need for a good stay, as well as being dog friendly.

Beautifully close to the water and, walkinh distance to shops and lovely local pub. Short drives to other sights. Dogs were welcome with bowls and, little kennels provided. Herb gardens and a lemon tree. Much enjoyed. Thank you Linda.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, walk to supermarket. Great beaches just a stone’s throw away. Good yard for a small pooch.

Lovely little house, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed, an enclosed yard for the dog, close to the Basin for fishing and swiming, and a short drive to the beach. Would love to stay again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. So close to the water and walking distance to the shops and pub. It has everything that you need, it’s well maintained and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for a family holiday. Close to the gorgeous Jervis Bay beaches, then back to the house and down to the Basin for swimming and kayaking. Our little dog loved the location as well swimming everyday to cool off

We found the property to be very comfortable, clean and peaceful exactly what we were looking for. The location is close to the local IGA for supplies and an easy drive over to JERVIS BAY and the attractions it holds.

It was an great stay the house is lovely and the location is beautiful it’s a great distance to all areas in Jervis Bay. The only down side was there was no bins provided but I think this was just an over look. I would defiantly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful quiet getaway the house provides beautiful views and sunsets.

Property was great, very clean and well equipped kitchen with everything required to make a meal. Second bedroom was a little cramped for a crib, main bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. Located 150m from water and playground. Backyard and front yard for the dog. Linda was a very responsive and friendly host. Listing doesn't mention this is a dual occupany property with another suite on the opposite side of the wall. No one staying there while we were but I can imagine it would feel rather cramped if they were. Also there is no WiFi at this property.

Our second stay in four months and it didn’t disappoint . Clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need during your stay. Bed so comfortable for a good night sleep. I would definitely go back again and recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property so clean and well maintained. In a quiet area but close to local shop and pub who have great food. Also country club minutes away also with great food. I would recommend this property for a quiet break away

We had a comfortable stay in a good location. The place was really pet friendly, which our pup enjoyed. The place is well appointed but with some minor additions it would be great. We would recommend to stay.

Lovely quiet spot with a great playground and paddling area 30 seconds down the road, good local shops a short walk away, and a generally central location to do day trips from.

For the cost of a cheapish motel room, this accommodation puts you 100 metres from the water with great views and the ability to have your small pets. Value-wise it's hard to beat. Everything you need is in the house or close by. Unfortunately, we experienced a few issues which I probably would gloss over if it wasn't for this first issue: I woke up during the night believing I heard someone on the porch after hearing them try the door. I went back to sleep thinking I was hearing things, and in the morning the porch gate was wide open (it hadn't been open previously and can't be opened by the wind). We did have a few other issues that I would gloss over if it wasn't for that, but at one stage there was an abandoned car with the number plates removed close to the water for about two days, there was underage drinking in the park near the water one of our first nights, there was a two-day party being held by about 20-plus people late in our visit about three doors up with caravans on their lawn that seemed to extend from their place to the water, a neighbour (elderly and harmless it must be said) was in our front yard looking in our car at one point and in another neighbour's carport, and there are several sets of dogs nearby which seem to bark from sunrise to sunset. We might have been unlucky, but I definitely didn't find it as quiet as some people. I was also a little concerned that the yard had little pieces of balloon everywhere that my dogs could have swallowed if I hadn't picked them up, and I cleaned out the kennels on my arrival as they were riddled with spiders and eggs. I probably came across a dozen spiders across our week stay inside and out, so the house could use a spray as many different spiders can be harmful to small dogs. Maybe I missed something in the description, but I also didn't realise the house was split in two and not an entire house divided in half. I underestimated the size of the house by looking at the porch photos which is double the length of the house size you can occupy. Even saying that, it was overall a satisfactory stay and I put a lot of my issues down to bad luck. I had it, now you won't!

This is our second stay the house is beautifully kept we have no complaints - I would love to see some railing on the back steps as I am a bit unsteady on my feet and my husband had to take the dog out to go to the toilet at night

This was great for a last-minute weekend getaway. The local breweries are wonderful, the proximity to the beach is reasonable (10 min drive?), and the area is very quiet. Linda was great to communicate with. The place was spotless and self-sufficient. I'd highly recommend for a quiet weekend.

Property has all that you need with an IGA, pizza shop, takeaway and pub all within a few minutes walking distance. The beautiful St George's basin is one minute's walk and can be viewed from the balcony. Some great tips from the host about best Thai takaway and visit to Chinaman's beach. It is rare to find such a clean and comfortable property that allows dogs to visit. And no rules listed everywhere which is very refreshing. Thank you :-)

We stayed for 3 nights, we had a great time, the house is comfortable, the deck has a great view to enjoy anytime of the day!

Extremely clean property perfect for bringing your four legged friend. Great location to get out fishing and sitting on the deck with a wine of an evening with water views is spectacular!
