Room are smaiil

The rental is located in a great location and we enjoyed our stay overall, however there are some improvements that can be made. 1. The hot water needs attention, your unable to take a 10 minute shower without the water going cold. That’s not sufficient for a house that can accommodate 12 people. 2. The container the holds the trash isn’t sufficient for a house that size. Overall I want to say the house is beautiful, very clean and the location was in the center of everything. I’m confident with a few changes this rental will be perfect.

Great stay didn’t like you have to pay for the jacuzzi to be hot that sucked but overall it was great

I like the house but I think they should give more details before you get to the house like tissue,paper towels is not included. Also it was a list of rules different places. And one I never seen until that night before check out. I also think 10:00 am is to early for check out. But everyone did enjoy the house.

Home was clean. They supply very minimal towels, barely one towel per person. No towels for pool is supplied. Very little of anything else is supplied. When you pay for the pool to be heated during your stay they come the day before your last day and do maintenance. Pretty much making the pool and hot tub unusable. It was terrible because after a long day at Disney World we wanted to sit and relax in the hot tub our last night there, we could not, even though we paid for it and never got reimbursed. Also, THE SHOWERS... OMG! While taking a shower and someone else is using any type of water in the home, THE SHOWER GETS FREEZING COLD!!! We will not book from Master Vacation Homes again. We will not book this particular home either. The shower is was a real pain in the @ss!!! They did have a stroller which was useful, I can give them that. I guess if you are driving to this location bring all your supplies from home. If you are traveling by plane, it's kind of an inconvenience because you have to completely supply the home. There is a Target near by and that helps but have to buy full size everything which you will have to throw a lot of that stuff away because nothing is left in the home for the next visitors. A waste of money.
